Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Pick-up from your hotel in Arusha at 8:30 AM.
Depart for Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive.
Explore Tanzania’s third-largest national park, famous for its majestic baobab trees and the Tarangire River, which attracts large elephant herds.
Spot a variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, lesser kudu, buffalo, oryx, eland, giraffes, and zebras.
After the game drive, return to your camp/lodge for a delicious dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 Ngorongoro Crater Tour (5 Hours) to Arusha

Start early with a quick breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater at 6:30 AM.
Enjoy a 5-hour game drive on the crater floor, home to a diverse range of wildlife, including African elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions.
Stop for a picnic lunch at the scenic Hippo Pool.
Ascend to the top of the crater and begin the 4-hour drive back to Arusha.
Drop-off at your preferred location in Arusha by 6:00 PM, concluding your unforgettable safari experience.

Cancellation Policy

If you have paid the full amount for any trip, you are entitled to a refund in case of cancellation. However, a cancellation charge will be applied. Written notification of your cancellation is required. Cancellation charges are as follows:
90 – 60 days or more: Deposit retained.
59 – 45 days before departure: 50% of the TOTAL BOOKING COST will be refunded.
44 – 30 days before departure: 25% of the TOTAL BOOKING COST will be refunded.
29 – 01 days before departure: No refund of the TOTAL BOOKING COST.
If Hilltop Travel cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or pandemics, we will offer an alternative trip of a similar standard. If this does not suit your interests, all monies paid to our company will be refunded. However, any other expenses incurred by you due to this booking will be your responsibility.

Mount Kilimanjaro Climbing and Wildlife Safari Hilltop Travel took care of everthing from the moment we booked to our arrival at the airport and throughout the trip. The trip organiser Daniel met us a (Read More)t the hotel, made all things inorder and was a great at keeping us informed. Our guides Denis and Atanas, along with the amazing cooks, waiter, bathroom attendants, camp master and porters, provided excellent equipments, tents and sleeping bags during our journey up the mountain. Despite the daily rains, the crew kept our spirits high with the songs and constant check-ins. Our safari guide, was excellent, spotting all big five and sharing insights.
