Day 1 Fly From Nairobi to Maasai Mara
  • You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel and head to the airport.
  • Depart from Wilson Airport, Nairobi, at 7:00 AM and arrive at Keekorok Airstrip in Masai Mara at 8:00 AM.
  • Upon arrival, you will be met by our guide, followed by a morning game drive until 12:00 PM.
  • After the game drive, you will drive to the camp for check-in and lunch.
  • After lunch, you can enjoy the luxury camp facilities, including the swimming pool, until 4:00 PM.
  • From 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, you will embark on an afternoon game drive.
  • The Masai Mara National Reserve is famous for its large population of African wildlife species and the great annual migration of zebras and wildebeest from July to October.
  • In the evening, you will explore this Kenyan reserve as you search for wild animals until late evening.
  • Finally, you will witness the sunset and drive back to Enkorok Mara Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
  • Early morning game drive from 6:00 AM in search of predators, including cubs.
  • Return to the camp for breakfast.
  • Transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi.
  • Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon.

All arrangements including hotel, game drives, food arrangements, personalised s (Read More)ervices by İmara Destinations was excellent We started our trip from New Delhi to Nairobi via Mumbai by Indigo flight. Dennis was there to welcome us at the airport early in the morning. We started off to Samburu, had lunch on the way had a relaxing evening at the resort. We had a wonderful game drive next day at the samburu national reserve, saw a leopard, zebra, giraffe, ostrich, etc from close quarters. We went to ol Pajeto conservancy, fed blind rhino, saw chimpanzees and other animals including two horned rhinos, proceeded to Nakuru saw pelicans, flamingos etc there, Masai Mara we stayed for three nights and had two game drives. Could see lots of lions, cheetah with its prey as well as a pregnant cheetah, zebras, giraffes etc. we also saw ostriches and other animals and birds there. We then went to Naivasha had a boat ride with walk and see crocodiles and hippos and crescent island visit walked with zebras, impalas and wildebeest but couldn’t see giraffe there. Due to floods last year many parts of crescent island got submerged so could only see part of the island. Our last destination was Amboseli park with game drive there. Overall it was a highly satisfying and interesting experience. İmara Destinations did a very good job of taking us to the exact spots where animals would be seen uninterrupted. Well done İmara Destinations. Thanks to Dennis and Murray for it

Just went for 8 day safari with James and Wild Portraits Safaris...it was spot o (Read More)n perfect. Reasons 1.Clear communication and replies always comes very quickly on WhatsApp. 2. Very genuine with suggestions and doesn't do things as a job or formality. 3. James is very knowledgeable. 4. The enthusiasm and passion shown by James was just so infectious. 5. The planning of itinerary takes care of all the finer details. 6. They really take care of your focus and they don't try to sell anything you are not interested in. For example we skipped the village visit because we didn't see value in it. 7. Quite flexible and adjusts as things progress.
