- Night surcharge may apply for transfers operating between 22:00 hrs and 08:00 hrs.
- Each passenger is permitted 1 suitcase and 1 handbag. Additional luggage may require an extra vehicle or additional charges.
- Hotel check-in/check-out and bedding policies are subject to individual hotel regulations.
- A refundable security deposit may be required by the hotel at the time of check-in.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during transfers and tours.
- In case of flight delays or schedule changes, guests must inform the service provider immediately.

- 50% cancellation charges apply if cancelled 30–45 days prior to arrival.
- 75% cancellation charges apply if cancelled 14–30 days prior to arrival.
- 100% cancellation charges apply if cancelled within 14 days of arrival or in case of no-show.
- No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days after cancellation acknowledgement, subject to deduction of applicable charges.
- Once confirmed, itinerary amendments may not be permitted or may attract additional charges.
