  • Bike rental for 8 days (for biking option) from Day 2 to Day 9.
  • Fuel for the bike (Srinagar to Sarchu).
  • Entire travel from Srinagar to Manali by tempo traveler (for tempo traveler option).
  • Accommodation for 10 nights – 1 night in a hotel at Srinagar, 1 night in a hotel at Kargil, 1 night in a hotel at Leh, 1 night in camps/hotel at Nubra Valley, 1 night in cottages at Pangong Tso, 2 nights in homestay at Hanle, 1 night at homestay at Karzok, 1 night in camps at Sarchu, and 1 night in a hotel at Manali on triple sharing basis.

  • Team captain throughout the trip.
  • Mechanical backup and daily bike check-up.
  • Spare wheels will be carried in case of puncture.
  • All inner line permits for the trip.
  • Driver night charges, toll tax, parking charges, etc.
  • Medical kit and an oxygen cylinder 24/7 in the car in case of emergency.
  • GST (5%) is applicable extra.
  • Any kind of food or beverage that is not included in the package like alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals/refreshments/lunches on the highway.
  • Any personal expenses like tips to drivers, entry to monuments/monasteries, camera/video camera charges, camel safari, river rafting, laundry, telephone bills, etc.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot).
  • In case of any damage to the riding gear, the customer is liable to pay for the damage.
  • Any damage to the bike except engine damage must be borne by the client.
  • Any medical or evacuation expenses.
  • Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Volvo transfers are not included for self bike option.
  • Airport pick-up and drop not included.

Right from the planning stage, our coordination with Razia and Asim was very good. They were both helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. Whenever we had any questions or needed any assistance during the trip, they were available and tried to resolve things quickly. The traveller arranged for our family was comfortable, and having a dedicated vehicle made travelling between different destinations much easier and convenient, especially with a family. The hotels were good and comfortable, and the package included breakfast and dinner, which was very convenient. After spending the day sightseeing, it was nice to have the stay and meals already taken care of. What we liked most was that we didn't have to constantly worry about the arrangements. The transportation, hotels and meals were all planned as part of the package, allowing us to focus on enjoying the beautiful Kashmir scenery and spending quality time with our family.
