- If the hotel and cab services are cancelled 30 days prior to the tour start date, no cancellation charges will apply.
- The paid balance amount will be retained as credit with the company for a period of 6 months and can be applied towards a future tour.
- If the tour is cancelled 0 to 20 days prior to the tour commencement, a cancellation charge of 20% of the total tour cost will apply.
- If the tour is cancelled within 0 to 10 days of the tour start date, the booking amount shall be non-refundable, and any hotel advance paid will also be non-refundable.
- During peak season, long weekends, or special dates, bookings may be non-refundable.
