- Some airlines, like RYANAIR, charge fees for airport check-in, which are not included in the package. Guests are advised to complete web check-in in advance.
- 5% TCS is applicable on specific parts of the package and is over and above the quoted price. Guests can claim this amount while filing ITR.
- GST, if not mentioned in the package rates, is excluded.
- Personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone/fax charges, alcoholic beverages, and camera/video camera fees at monuments are excluded.
- Medical expenses and airport departure tax are not included.
- Entrance fees at monuments and sightseeing spots not specified in the inclusions are excluded.
- Costs arising from itinerary changes due to flight cancellations, bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, or other uncontrollable factors are not included.
- Airfare, if not mentioned in the itinerary, is excluded.
- Travel insurance is excluded unless specified in the itinerary.
- Transportation to specific meeting points for sightseeing tours is not included.
- Hotel-to-train/bus station and train/bus station-to-hotel transfers are excluded.
- Hotel-to-ferry port and ferry port-to-hotel transfers are not included unless specifically requested with additional charges.
- City or hotel taxes in certain countries/states must be paid on-site and are not included in the package.
- Gratuity for cruises must be paid by the guest at check-in or check-out and is not included in the package price.
- 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
- 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
