Detailed Itinerary
- Your safari starts with pick-up at 7:30 AM from your Nairobi hotel or airport, followed by a drive to Amboseli National Park.
- Arrive in Amboseli in the afternoon, check into the camp, enjoy a hot lunch, and have some time to rest.
- 16:00 - Depart on an afternoon game drive.
- The highlight of Amboseli is its greatest concentration of elephants in the world, home to over 1,600 elephants from 56 different families. Each elephant has a name and a photo attached to it.
- All of this is seen against the magnificent backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest point in Africa, standing at 5,895 meters.
- After the game drive, we head back to the lodge/camp to freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner.
- Overnight at your camp.
- Today's itinerary is flexible; you can discuss with your guide and plan the day's schedule.
- You can either have a relaxed breakfast and depart for full-day game drives around 7:30 AM with a picnic lunch, returning to the camp in the late afternoon.
- Alternatively, you can depart at 6:00 AM for an early morning game drive, later returning to your accommodation for breakfast and relaxing until mid-afternoon.
- 16:00 - Depart on an afternoon game drive.
- 18:30 - Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
- 06:00 - Have breakfast at your hotel and then head to Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
- Drive through the slopes of Mt. Kenya, cross the equator to Sweetwater's Game Sanctuary, and arrive at Sweetwater's private ranch and rhino sanctuary.
- Arrive at Sweetwater's shortly after noon, check into your camp, enjoy a hot lunch, and take some time to rest.
- 15:30 - Depart for the evening game drive in search of both white and black rhinos, as well as other wildlife.
- Tour Sweetwater's Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only one of its kind in Kenya, where visitors can observe orphaned chimps aged 2 to 15 years.
- Enjoy the sights and sounds of man's closest relative.
- The sanctuary is also home to the last two Northern white rhinos that remain in the world.
- After the game drive, return to the lodge/camp to freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner.
- Overnight at your camp.
- At 06:00, proceed for an early morning game drive in search of the big cats.
- 08:30 - Return to the camp for breakfast.
- Drive to Samburu Game Reserve.
- Arrive in time for lunch and have time to relax.
- 16:00 - Depart on an afternoon game drive.
- Search for the elusive leopard and other wildlife. The highlight here is the special Samburu six, which includes:
- Baisa Oryx
- Gerenuk
- Defassa Water Buck
- Reticulated Giraffe
- Grevy's Zebra
- Somali Ostrich
- 18:30 - Return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
- Samburu is located in a hot region, also known as a semi-arid area. We recommend taking advantage of the mornings and late evenings, as most animals seek shade to escape the heat of the sun.
- 6:00 AM - Early morning game drive. Later, return to your accommodation for breakfast and relax until mid-afternoon.
- 4:00 PM - Depart for an afternoon game drive.
- 6:30 PM - Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
- Breakfast, then head to Naivasha.
- Arrive in the afternoon in time for lunch.
- Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, followed by a walking safari in the Animal Sanctuary.
- After the day's activities, return to the lodge/camp to freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner.
- Overnight at your resort.
- Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before heading to Hell's Gate National Park.
- Experience a cycling safari and hiking at the famous gorges of the park.
- Later, drive to Masai Mara.
- Between July and October, the Great Rift Valley becomes bustling with activity as millions of zebras and wildebeests make the perilous crossing across the Masai Mara in search of new grazing territory, attracting a multitude of predators.
- Arrive in time for lunch and take some time to relax after the drive.
- At 17:00, you will be picked up from your hotel by Masai Morans (warriors) who will guide you on a walking safari through the dense Masai Mara, followed by a cultural tour of some of the ancient tribes that still exist.
- Return to the lodge or camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
- Today's itinerary is flexible; you can discuss it with your guide and plan for the day's schedule.
- You can choose to have a relaxed breakfast and depart for a full-day game drive around 7:30 AM with a picnic lunch.
- This option allows you to visit the Mara River, where the migration occurs.
- You will have a greater chance to view wildlife throughout the day and return to the lodge or camp in the late afternoon.
- The second option is to leave at 6:00 AM for an early morning game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast.
- After breakfast, you can relax until the afternoon game drive at 4:00 PM.
- You will return at 6:30 PM for dinner and your overnight stay.
- Today's itinerary is flexible; you can discuss it with your guide to plan the day's schedule.
- You can choose to have a relaxed breakfast and depart for a full-day game drive around 7:30 AM, including a picnic lunch.
- This option allows you to visit the Mara River, where the migration occurs, and provides ample opportunities to view wildlife throughout the day.
- You will return to the lodge or camp in the late afternoon.
