Don Po Soi Island, Si Phan Don Overview
Don Po Soi is one of the islands of the 4000 Islands or Si Phan Don in Champasak province in southern Laos. The island is known for Khon Pa Soi Falls, one of the most beautiful waterfalls on these river islands. It consists of an old bridge offering panoramic views and also, there is a plunge pool where you can take a dip in the water. It is worth spending a day on this little island where you can also swim, relax, walk or cycle along the coast.

The best time to visit Don Po Soi is from October to March. The weather is excellent, the water levels in the Mekong subside after the heavy monsoon, and it is a great time for swimming, spotting dolphins and Kayaking.
