Located at the foothills of Himalayas in the Terai region, Gorumara National Park is known for its undisturbed beauty and landscape. Regularized as a wildlife sanctuary in the year 1949, Gorumara attracts tourists for nature walks, treks and wildlife gazing.
A medium sized sanctuary, Gorumara was declared a national park in the year 1994.
