Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Jammu to Katra - Arrival and Transfer

Welcome to Jammu Airport / Railway Station & meet our representative who shall transfer you to your pre book hotel in Katra. Day free at leisure. You can also opt for sightseeing tours at an additional cost. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Katra. NOTE: Pickup will be from Union Cab

After breakfast, leave for Maa Vaishno Devi Yatra. Contact the hotel reception to arrange a cab transfer to Banganga, the base point for the yatra. From Banganga, begin your 13 km trek to the Bhawan. The trek usually takes around 12 hours on foot. Overnight stay at the hotel in Katra.
Notes:
  • You must complete your yatra registration at Katra and obtain your RFID cards.
  • No vehicle service is available for Banganga or Helipad transfers. Please coordinate with the hotel reception for assistance.
Early in the morning, after breakfast, proceed to Shiv Khori, the Holy Cave abode of Lord Shiva, at 70 Km from Katra. The cave is a real wonder to be seen and measures nearly half a kilometer in length, with a 4-foot high, naturally formed Shiv-lingam at the heart of the Sanctum Sanctorum. Have darshans of Lord Shiva and go back to Katra in the evening. If time permits, visit Siar Baba waterfalls, Baba Dhansal & Nau Devis en route. Overnight stay at Katra.
Have an early breakfast, and you will leave for Patnitop's visit. Complete all check-in formalities and explore Patnitop on your own. You can visit Nag Temple and Padora Enclave. Nag Temple is one of the most popular religious places that attracts various visitors daily. Padora Enclave is another famous tourist destination along the pine trees that can be visited on a pony as well. Reach back to the hotel In Patnitop.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Jammu Airport/Station.
If time permits, enjoy sightseeing in Jammu, including Raghunath Temple, Hari Mahal, Bagh-e-Bahu, and the local market.
For those departing by train from Katra or Udhampur, transfers can be arranged at no additional cost. Your trip ends here.

What's Good: ## Bhutan Experience Our journey through Bhutan was largely impressive, with knowledgeable guides who showcased the country's rich cultural heritage and stunning landscapes with g (Read More)enuine enthusiasm. The drivers navigated the winding mountain roads with skill and professionalism, ensuring our comfort throughout most of the journey. However, our second night at Paro Rema Resort fell short of expectations in terms of dining. The food quality was disappointing compared to other meals we enjoyed in Bhutan, lacking both flavor and presentation that would be expected at a resort of this caliber. ## Sikkim Portion The transition between destinations proved problematic. Our transfer from Bhutan to Gangtok felt unnecessarily rushed, with a driver who seemed more concerned with completing the journey quickly than ensuring passenger comfort or allowing us to appreciate the scenic route. Upon arrival in Gangtok, we were pleased with our hotel's prime location on MG Road, offering convenient access to local attractions, shopping, and dining options. Unfortunately, the hotel's service standards did not match its excellent location. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, and several basic amenities were either missing or required multiple requests. Overall, while the Bhutan portion of our tour delivered a memorable experience, the Sikkim segment would benefit from significant improvements to transportation and accommodation service quality.
