Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Istanbul & Transfer To Hotel. Bosphorus Dinner Cruise
  • Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, Our representative will Greet & Assist you with your transfers to hotel.
  • Check in & rest the afternoon.
  • You will be picked up from your hotel btw. 19:00 and 20:00 to transfer to the ship.
  • Sail up the Bosphorus, the waterway between Europe and Asia, passing under the suspension bridges and viewing Ottoman summer palaces, waterside mansions and modern villas which line the European and Asian coasts.
  • Transfer to hotels at midnight.
  • After breakfast at the hotel Guests will be picked up around 8:00am, and brought to the Sultanahmet district, the oldest, most historic part of the city.
  • The first stop of the day will be the Hagia Sophia, as our tour guide explains the significance of this massive building that was once a Christian church, then a mosque, and now a museum.
  • Afterward, we will pass the Hippodrome of Constantinople, where we will see the site`s impressive obelisk, before reaching the Blue Mosque. We should be sure to take pictures of both the interior and exterior of this impressive building.
  • Next, we will continue to the Grand Bazaar, a massive, bustling complex to find clothing, decorative furnishings, food, and more.
  • On the way to the bazaar, we will see other historical monuments, like the Tomb of Sultan Ahmet I, the Firuz Aga Mosque, and the exterior of the Tomb of Mehmed II.
  • After our visit to the Grand Bazaar, we will make a brief stop for lunch.
  • In the afternoon, we will visit Topkapi Palace, the primary residence of the Ottoman sultans for nearly 400 years.
  • Afterward, the guests are returned to their hotels.
  • After breakfast at the hotel Guests will be picked up at their hotel.
  • We will first drive toward the Golden Horn, the waterway that feeds into the Bosphorus Strait and the Sea of Marmara.
  • Our first stop will be the Spice Bazaar (also known as the Egyptian Bazaar).
  • After this, we will embark on a boat tour of the Bosphorus, following the European shore until we reach the second bridge, where we will double-back along the Asian shore.
  • Afterward, we will cross the strait to visit Camlica Hill for an unforgettable view of the city, where we will spend some free time.
  • Guests will then be returned to their hotel around 5:00pm.
  • Note: The Spice Bazaar is closed on Sunday, and will be replaced with the Pierre Loti Cafe.
  • After breakfast, check-out from hotel and transfer to airport.
  • Board your flight to KAYSERI.
  • Upon arrival at KAYSERI airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cappadocia, check in & enjoy the rest of the day/evening at leisure.
  • Overnight in Cappadocia.
  • After breakfast at the hotel, Our representative will meet you and we will start your tour.
  • Today our impressive day will start with Dervent valley.
  • Then we continue with Pasabag “fairy chimneys”, where you can feel the mystic of Fairy Chimneys.
  • We will break at Avanos center of terracotta art. Ceramic dated back to the 3000 BC in the area and survived from to generations A visit to ceramic & tile center to see how the ceramics made by hand.
  • Visit the famous Goreme Open Air Museum to see the best examples of Icons in Cappadocia. Soft rocks of Cappadocia from the clefts carved out to form such as stables, churches, monasteries.
  • A visit to the carpet weaving co-operation to see how the Turkish carpet made by hand.
  • We will enjoy the day by taking a look to the Goreme Valley from next to the Uchisar Rock-Castle.
  • At the end of the tour we will drop you off to your hotel.
  • Overnight in Cappadocia.
  • After your breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up and transferred to KAYSERI airport
  • Board your flight to Istanbul, where you can connect to your onward destination.

We looked through 5 agencies before settling on D organizers for our Turkey trip (Read More). Initially we were sceptical due to the reviews, but we were glad to have booked with them. The trip was well organised with 2 days in each city of which one day was a full day guided tour and the second day was given free for self exploration . This allowed choice for my parents to rest on the second day since they were approaching their 60s . I would especially like to thank Bhargav who maintained good contact and communication with us throughout the whole trip from the beginning to the end from the visa process till we reached back home after the trip. I also feel that their rates are economical and budget friendly compared to the other agencies we first spoke to.
One of our transport vehicles from the airport to hotel during the trip in Ist (Read More)anbul was filled with the smell of cigarettes . One of the vehicles had an airconditioner problem in pamukkale though the driver was a sweet person.
