Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Bangkok - Leisure Day
  • On arrival in Bangkok, you will be welcomed at the airport by our guide.
  • Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, meet your guide at the hotel reception at 08:00 AM.
  • Head to Tha Thien Pier to visit Wat Pho. 
  • Then walk to Wat Phra Keo, known as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and the Grand Palace.
  • Afterward, ride a Thai tuk-tuk to visit Wat Saket and climb the Golden Mountain.
  • Travel aboard "Sam Saeb" taxi boat to discover the Jim Thompson house.
  • Later, take one last ride by BTS (Sky Train) or taxi to return to the hotel. 
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, head to Kanchanaburi.
  • On arrival, check in to the hotel.
  • Afterward, head into Erawan national park.
  • Hike to Erawan Falls.
  • Go for a swim before hiking back.
  • Transfer to Resotel Pier for the short ride on a local long-tailed boat to the hotel (Resotel Pier departs every 30 minutes starting at 01:00 pm until 06:00 pm).
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, head to Death Railway.
  • Enjoy a stunning journey that passes over jungles and rivers as it snakes around tree-topped mountains.
  • Then leave for the ancient city of Ayutthaya.
  • On arrival, check in to the hotel.
  • Explore the temple ruins of Ayutthaya.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and visit the phenomenal palace complex of Bang Pa-In.
  • Then drive back to Bangkok Airport for the flight to Chiang Mai.
  • On arrival in Chiang Mai, transfer to the hotel and check-in.
  • Spend the rest of the day at your leisure.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • In the morning, visit Doi Suthep Temple atop a mountain of the same name. 
  • Return to the city center and take a city tour.
  • Visit Wat Prah Singh temple compound, Wat Prasat, Wat Phan Tao, and Chedi Luang. 
  • Afterward, jump onto a trishaw to explore Buak Hat Park and hunt out some jewelry bargains on Wua Lai Road.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Overnight at the hotel.
  • In the early morning, you will be picked up by a shuttle bus from the hotel.
  • Drive through the Thai countryside to Elephant Nature Park.
  • En route to the Park, you will see a film to learn more about the Elephant Nature Park, followed by a safety talk by your guide.
  • On arrival at the park, you will meet and feed the elephants before starting your walk with them into the surrounding forests with the herd.
  • Enjoy a picnic lunch in the beautiful surroundings.
  • When you return to the river you bathe the elephants in the river and head back to Elephant Nature Park on a river raft.
  • Enjoy more time with the herd before a tea/coffee break. 
  • Return to the hotel in Chiang Mai around 06:30 pm.
  • The rest of the evening is free for you to explore the town.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
  • Transfer to Chiang Mai Airport for your departure flight.

What's Good: I must give 5 stars. We visited Bangkok, pattaya and Krabi, All 3 places were very good, The service was good, They planned my trip very well and organised. Pickup from airport to (Read More)hotel, hotel to sight seeing and drop to hotel. All the way they provide personal car. All the pickups were on time. Tickets are already arranged by them for shows. Trip planning was great as they arrange the schedule in such a way we can't miss anything.
What's Not Good: Hula hula hotel room

What's Good: Overall a good experience, Everything well organized. Except for one hiccup. When boarding for cruise. Lot of communication problem, the driver didn't know English. Thus we wer (Read More)e going round the bush to find our pickup point. Finally we managed. Everything was ok, we communicated with iyaatra staff when required. Thanks a lot iyaatra staff.
What's Not Good: Nothing much, the accommodations were good. Only issue was that there was too much travels. Some places traffic jams. Nothing to complaint otherwise

What's Good: Hassle free booking, personalized trip itinerary We were quite apprehensive about the trip, but it worked out much better than our expectations. Special thanks to Harry for allayi (Read More)ng our fears and going out of his way to make the trip smooth and hassle free. Good vehicles, polite and knowledgeable drivers. Well planned sightseeing areas. Good hotels with hygienic rooms and decent buffet breakfast. Overall decent and safe stay. Worth the price.
What's Not Good: Being clubbed with a rowdy group of men for an island boat trip. But I guess that wasn't in control of the trip planners. Getting an uncomfortable mini bus for Pattaya to Bangkok journey with ineffective cooling

What's Good: Good hotels at great locations. Pick and drop from hotels made the whole trip seem easy. No need to pay for any attractions so we saved some cash for shopping. I would recommend sp (Read More)ending a little extra and get a private vehicle instead of shared one though.
What's Not Good: The hotels were a little old but all the hotels, beach and shopping area was walking distance from them so it's ok.
