Day 1 Arrive in Bagdogra and Transfer to Gangtok - Leisure Day
  • Pick-up at NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport.
  • Transfer to Gangtok (5500ft /130kms / 04 hrs.)
  • On arrival check in to the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • After breakfast, sightseeing in Gangtok.
  • Visit Bhanjhakri waterfalls, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday & govt. Holidays), Do-Drul Chorten, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom(Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays), Nam Nang View point & Flower Show, Ropeway.
  • After the sightseeing return to the hotel.
  • Spend the evening at leisure.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • In the morning at around 07.30 am depart for Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • In case of a landslide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed, we will provide alternate sightseeing.
  • * Nathula pass sightseeing can be available at non-refundable (optional).
  • You have to inform at least 72 hours before your travel.
  • * At any point in time, after getting pass from Sikkim Government, there will be no refund in case you cannot visit due to bad weather conditions or landslides, or any other reason.

  • Pick-up from hotel at Gangtok at about 10 a.m. depart for Lachung (124 Km, 6 Hrs) at an altitude of 9,600 ft.
  • On the way visit a few wonderful locations like Tashi Viewpoint, Kabi Lungchok, Naga Waterfalls, the confluence of Lachen Chu (river), and Lachung Chu (river) at Chungthang, Twin Waterfalls, and Bhim Nala Waterfalls.
  • Lunch will be served at Namok.
  • Reach Lachung in the late afternoon/evening and check-in at the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at Lachung.
  • After breakfast full-day excursion to Yumthang Valley & Hot Spring (11800ft / 1½ Hrs).
  • After lunch, transfer to Gangtok (124kms/06hrs).
  • On arrival check on to the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • *Note: Visitors may visit Yumesamdong or Zero Point if they want.
  • *Zero-point is close to Yumesamdong, although contrary to popular belief they are not the same places.
  • *After reaching Yumesamdong, one needs to walk a little to reach the Zero point.

What's Good: I loved my short time in Bhutan. The hotels were Very nice and clean. Since I wanted to save money, I asked for only 3-star hotels, the hotel I was placed in were all very very (Read More) clean and included a breakfast buffet and dinner. We also stayed at a home stay out in the countryside with a beautiful valley-view and a wonderful host. The homestay allows one to have a more authentic experience staying and interacting with local Bhutanese people. We loved experiencing the delicious Bhutanese food and culture and will not hesitate to come again in the future. I was just not aware how much was included in our tour. We had guides taking us personally everywhere we went. And even dinner was included in our package! You can confidently utilize this company. They strive to go above and beyond your expectations.
What's Not Good: I could have been fine without including the dinner in our package and seeking out my own dinners outside. Had I mention Ed that to Asia Valley, I am sure they would have accommodated my request.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing fascinating insights throughout the trip. Our driver was very skilled and courteous, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride. The hotels they arranged were top-notch, offering excellent comfort and hospitality. Overall, Hitansh Wanderlust truly made our trip memorable with their outstanding service. Highly recommended!
What's Not Good: One hotel in Paro Udhamwara Resort. It was not as we excepted . Not recommended at all.

What's Good: ## Bhutan Experience Our journey through Bhutan was largely impressive, with knowledgeable guides who showcased the country's rich cultural heritage and stunning landscapes with g (Read More)enuine enthusiasm. The drivers navigated the winding mountain roads with skill and professionalism, ensuring our comfort throughout most of the journey. However, our second night at Paro Rema Resort fell short of expectations in terms of dining. The food quality was disappointing compared to other meals we enjoyed in Bhutan, lacking both flavor and presentation that would be expected at a resort of this caliber. ## Sikkim Portion The transition between destinations proved problematic. Our transfer from Bhutan to Gangtok felt unnecessarily rushed, with a driver who seemed more concerned with completing the journey quickly than ensuring passenger comfort or allowing us to appreciate the scenic route. Upon arrival in Gangtok, we were pleased with our hotel's prime location on MG Road, offering convenient access to local attractions, shopping, and dining options. Unfortunately, the hotel's service standards did not match its excellent location. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, and several basic amenities were either missing or required multiple requests. Overall, while the Bhutan portion of our tour delivered a memorable experience, the Sikkim segment would benefit from significant improvements to transportation and accommodation service quality.
