Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Siliguri to Gangtok
  • Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station(NJP)/Bagdogra Airport(IXB)/Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand(Junction), you will meet our representative and transfer to Gangtok.
  • On arrival in Gangtok, check in to the hotel.
  • The evening is free for you to roam around MG Road (Mall) or the local shopping centre.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Gangtok.
  • Visit Ganjong Monastery, Lasa Waterfalls, Institute of Tibetology, Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, Flower Show, White hall, Tashi View Point, and Handicraft and Handlooms centre.
  • The evening is free for you to stroll around.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir.
  • Afterwards, visit Nathu La Pass to the Republic of China (optional). 
  • Return to Gangtok.
  • In the evening you can meander around MG Road (Mall) or neighbourhood shopping centres.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • After breakfast, drive to Lachen via Chungthang. 
  • Lunch at Chungthang.
  • Reach Lachen in the late evening/early night.

  • In the early morning, at around 03:45 AM drive to Tiger Hill to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather).
  • Return to the hotel.
  • After breakfast, transfer to Bagdogra Airport(IXB)/New Jalpaiguri Railway Station(NJP)/Siliguri for your onward journey back home.

The car, driver n guide were very good.itinery also good
We paid 45000/ extra for 4 star hotels.but in phuentsilong they gave us 3 star h (Read More)otels on 1st day n last day.Accordingly to me they charged 10000 more, which is not fair.
