Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Gangtok - Leisure Day

On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport, a representative will meet and assist with the transfer to Gangtok.
Check in to the hotel and spend the rest of the day leisurely.
Enjoy the decoration of the honeymoon room and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 2 Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir

After breakfast, drive to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 3 Transfer to Lachung - Waterfalls and Sightseeing

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Lachung.
En route, stop by Tashi Viewpoint, Kabi Lungstok, Naga Waterfalls, the confluence at Chungthang, Twin Waterfalls, and Bhim Nala Waterfalls.
Lunch will be served at Namok.
Check in to the hotel with honeymoon arrangements.
Relish a romantic dinner.
Dinner and overnight stay at Lachung.

Day 4 Excursion to Yumthang Valley - Transfer to Gangtok

After breakfast drive to Yumthang Valley.
On the way back, visit the famous hot spring.
Return to Lachung in time for lunch before leaving for Gangtok.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 5 Explore Gangtok - Transfer to Pelling

Post breakfast, embark on a city tour of Gangtok.
Visit the Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten, Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Show, etc.
Later, proceed to Pelling.
Check-in to hotel and spend the rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 6 Explore Pelling - Waterfalls and Gardens

After breakfast at the hotel, spend the day sightseeing.
Visit spots such as the Rimbi Water Falls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Kechopalri Lake, Kanchenjunga Water Falls, Kechopalri Monastery, Pemayangtse Monastery and Rabdentse Ruins.
Return to the hotel and enjoy a special honeymoon cake
Return to hotel for overnight stay at Pelling.

Day 7 Trasnfer to Darjeeling - Leisure Day

After breakfast, leave for Darjeeling.
Stroll down the famous Mall Road for some shopping or just soak in the atmosphere.
Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 8 Explore Darjeeling - Excursion to Tiger Hill

Take a trip to Tiger Hill in time to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak.
While returning, visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial & Batasia Loop.
After breakfast, proceed for a city tour.
Visit Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tea Estate, Natural History Museum and Peace Pagoda.
Optionally, enjoy a couple's spa session for relaxation.
Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 9 Depart from Darjeeling

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport for onward journey.

What's Good: We really appreciate the commitment of Onn tours and Vacation represtative who had been regularly in touch with us and was inquiring about our movements as per the itinerary. The D (Read More)river provided by Onn tours was very nice and friendly person who had been taking a good care of us while moving from one place to other. Overall a Very Good and memorable experience for us.
What's Not Good: The accommodation provided in Gangtok for two days was not up to the mark as rooms were not clean and tidy.

What's Good: I recently used The Holiday Crafters to organize my vacation to Sikkim, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The hotel choices, activities, and local experiences were goo (Read More)d and trip was managed as per the budget. Shivraj ji from the team was in touch most of the time. Although we missed 2 sightseeings in Pelling since we were not aware of the closing timing which is 4.30pm, but still Shivraj ji managed and we did one of the sightseeing next day morning before transfer to next city. The driver Sumandeep was very friendly and he helped us in covering all the sightseeings. The Nathula pass, Tsongmo lake, Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir were highlights and must visit. I highly recommend The Holiday Crafters to anyone looking for a seamless, personalized travel experience. I’ll definitely be booking with them again.
What's Not Good: The local sightseeings closing timing should be communicated to guests prior so that they won't miss the same. We missed 2 sightseeings in Pelling since we were not aware of the closing timing.

What's Good: Recently I and my daughter had an amazing tour for 8D/7N covering Gangtok, Pelling, and Darjeeling, all perfectly arranged by Mr. Suraj from Holiday Crafters! Everything was smooth (Read More) - from the well-balanced itinerary to the comfortable accommodations and reliable transportation. One of the most unforgettable moments was witnessing snowfall at Changu Lake - the serene beauty combined with fresh snow made it truly magical. And thanks to Mr. Suraj's suggestion, we also visited the Buddha Park in Ravangla - a gem we're so glad we didn't miss. Highly recommend the Holiday Crafters for an stress-free, memorable holiday!

What's Good: I had an amazing experience with Make My Holiday. From the moment the trip started, everything was handled with incredible professionalism and care. The organizers(Subhankar Rajak (Read More)and Lakshmi Roy Murmu, ) were well-prepared, friendly, and made sure every detail was covered—from accommodations to sightseeing. Special mention to our cab drivers, who were not only punctual and skilled behind the wheel but also incredibly polite and knowledgeable about all the local spots. They truly made our journey comfortable and enjoyable. This was one of the best trips I've taken, and I can confidently say it was because of the exceptional team behind it. Highly recommended.

The driver that you provided in Darjling was excellent and drove very safely and gently.A special thankfulness to Monidipa⁩ who was organising our tour and constantly helping us out in case of any queries.

What's Good: We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Gateway Destination, and I have to say a big thank you to Hemant for organizing everything so beautifully. Our trip took us through (Read More)Guwahati, Meghalaya, Sikkim, and then to Bandhavgarh in Madhya Pradesh—and yes, we saw tigers, which was such a thrill! The tiger hunting a jackal and chasing him is a very rare sighting.From there, we went on to Prayagraj, Dehradun, Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Mussoorie. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. A special shoutout to Hemant and Prashant, who personally accompanied us from Delhi by train to Katni and then onwards to Bandhavgarh. Their presence was a huge support. They also joined us to Prayagraj and made sure our experience at the Triveni Sangam was truly special—arranging the boat and helping us take a dip at the confluence. It was a moment we’ll always remember. The drivers throughout were courteous and reliable, the sightseeing was thoughtfully planned, and the hotels were all excellent . We always felt comfortable safe, and well looked after. This trip was a big one, and Gateway Destination made sure it went off without a hitch.
