Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Manali & Local Sightseeing
  • Arrival: Arrive in Manali and transfer to the hotel. After checking in and resting for a few hours, embark on a local sightseeing tour.
  • Attractions:
    Club House: Enjoy indoor activities.
    Old Manali Market & Manu Temple
    Hidimba Temple: A must-visit heritage site.
    Ghatotkach Tree Temple
    Van Vihar & Tibetan Monastery
    Manali Mall Road: Ideal for shopping and strolling.
  • Evening: Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Excursion to Solang Valley: After breakfast, travel to Solang Valley, which is 15 km from Manali. This area is renowned for its adventure activities. You can participate in activities such as snow scooters, quad biking, zip lining, skiing, zorbing, paragliding, horse riding, and yak riding. Enjoy the scenic views from the ropeway and explore the 1.5 km Anjani Mahadev Trek.

Evening Return: On your way back to Manali, visit Vashisht Temple and Hot Water Spring. After the day’s adventures, you will be dropped off at your hotel in Manali.

Note: All activities mentioned are not included in the package. During January and February, due to heavy snowfall, cab service is only provided up to the hairpin turn near Nehru Kund.

Drive to Manikaran: After breakfast, embark on a drive to Manikaran, located 85 km from Manali. En route, stop at the river rafting point, Patali Kul. Visit the Pashmina Shawl Industry, Vaishno Devi Temple, and Kullu Market.

Explore Manikaran: In Manikaran, visit the Gurudwara Sahib, the Ancient Shiva Temple, and the Hot Water Spring.

Kasol Exploration:
Proceed to Kasol to visit the Parvati River banks and Nature Park. Enjoy local and international cuisine in the cafes while listening to trance music. In the evening, you will be transferred to your hotel in Shimla.

Journey to Bijli Mahadev: After breakfast, drive to Bijli Mahadev, located 53 km from Manali. Purchase and pack your lunch along the way. Your cab will drop you at the Trek Starting Point near Dream Catcher Restaurant.

Trek and Explore: From there, trek 2 km to reach Bijli Mahadev Hilltop. Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. After spending some time soaking in the natural beauty, trek back to the cab and return to your hotel in Manali in the evening.

Trek to Jogini Waterfall: After breakfast, your cab will drop you near Bahang Village. Purchase and pack your lunch on the way. From Bahang Village, begin the trek to Jogini Waterfall, which is 1 km away.

Enjoy Nature: Spend the day admiring the scenic views around Jogini Waterfall. Return to Bahang Village in the late afternoon. Your cab will then take you back to the hotel.

Note: During heavy snowfall, the tour may include Baror Parsha Waterfall instead.

After breakfast, you will pack your luggage and check out from the hotel at around 11 am. After that, you will start the drive to Naggar, which is 20 km from Manali. You will visit Naggar Castle, The Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery, Tripura Sundri Temple, and Gauri Shankar Temple in Naggar sightseeing. Evening, your cab will drop you off at the Manali Volvo bus stand.

What's Good: I loved my short time in Bhutan. The hotels were Very nice and clean. Since I wanted to save money, I asked for only 3-star hotels, the hotel I was placed in were all very very (Read More) clean and included a breakfast buffet and dinner. We also stayed at a home stay out in the countryside with a beautiful valley-view and a wonderful host. The homestay allows one to have a more authentic experience staying and interacting with local Bhutanese people. We loved experiencing the delicious Bhutanese food and culture and will not hesitate to come again in the future. I was just not aware how much was included in our tour. We had guides taking us personally everywhere we went. And even dinner was included in our package! You can confidently utilize this company. They strive to go above and beyond your expectations.
What's Not Good: I could have been fine without including the dinner in our package and seeking out my own dinners outside. Had I mention Ed that to Asia Valley, I am sure they would have accommodated my request.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing fascinating insights throughout the trip. Our driver was very skilled and courteous, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride. The hotels they arranged were top-notch, offering excellent comfort and hospitality. Overall, Hitansh Wanderlust truly made our trip memorable with their outstanding service. Highly recommended!
What's Not Good: One hotel in Paro Udhamwara Resort. It was not as we excepted . Not recommended at all.

What's Good: ## Bhutan Experience Our journey through Bhutan was largely impressive, with knowledgeable guides who showcased the country's rich cultural heritage and stunning landscapes with g (Read More)enuine enthusiasm. The drivers navigated the winding mountain roads with skill and professionalism, ensuring our comfort throughout most of the journey. However, our second night at Paro Rema Resort fell short of expectations in terms of dining. The food quality was disappointing compared to other meals we enjoyed in Bhutan, lacking both flavor and presentation that would be expected at a resort of this caliber. ## Sikkim Portion The transition between destinations proved problematic. Our transfer from Bhutan to Gangtok felt unnecessarily rushed, with a driver who seemed more concerned with completing the journey quickly than ensuring passenger comfort or allowing us to appreciate the scenic route. Upon arrival in Gangtok, we were pleased with our hotel's prime location on MG Road, offering convenient access to local attractions, shopping, and dining options. Unfortunately, the hotel's service standards did not match its excellent location. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, and several basic amenities were either missing or required multiple requests. Overall, while the Bhutan portion of our tour delivered a memorable experience, the Sikkim segment would benefit from significant improvements to transportation and accommodation service quality.
