Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Trivandrum to Kovalam

On arrival at Trivandrum Airport or railway station, our representative will meet and drive you to Kovalam.
On arrival at Kovalam, check in to the hotel.
Later, visit the crescent-shaped beaches of Kovalam i.e. Samudra Beach, Hawa Beach & Lighthouse Beach.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 Excursion to Trivandrum

After breakfast, proceed to Trivandrum.
Visit Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple, Kuthiramalika Palace Museum, The Napier Museum, Sree Chithra Art Gallery, Zoological Park, Science and Technology Museum, Kanakakunnu Palace, and Planetarium.
Return to Kovalam.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 Kovalam to Varkala

After breakfast, proceed to Varkala.
On arrival in Varkala, check in to the hotel.
Later, visit Varkala Beach, Sivagiri Mutt, Thiruvambadi Beach, Edava Beach, Janardana Swamy Temple, Vishnu Temple, Anjengo Fort, and Ponnumthuruthu.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 Varkala to Alleppey

After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey.
On arrival in Alleppey, check in to the resort.
Later, visit Alleppey beach, and enjoy shopping.
Enjoy all the amenities of this resort for a day which includes fishing in the backwaters.
Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 5 Alleppey to Kumarakom

After breakfast, proceed to Kumarakom.
On arrival in Kumarakom, check in to the hotel.
Later, visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 Kumarakom to Thekkady

After breakfast, proceed to Thekkady.
On arrival at Thekkady, check in to the hotel.
Afterward, visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.
You can indulge yourself in optional (chargeable basis) activities like Spice Plantation tour, bamboo rafting, trekking, and elephant ride.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 Thekkady to Munnar

After breakfast, proceed to Munnar 90kms from Thekkady.
On arrival at Munnar, check in to the hotel.
Later, proceed for sightseeing in Munnar.
Visit Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, and Blossom Garden.
In Mattupetty you can enjoy elephant safari, horse riding, speed boat (own cost).
In Kundala Dam you can enjoy Pedal Boating (own cost).
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8 Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Munnar.
Visit Rajamalai Hills, Eravikulam Wildlife Sanctuary, and Tea Plantation.
Later, visit Tea Museum and enjoy shopping at Munnar Town.
In the evening, enjoy Kathakali Show (own cost).
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9 Munnar to Kochi

After breakfast, proceed to Kochi.
On arrival in Kochi, check in to the hotel.
In the afternoon, proceed for a half-day city sightseeing tour of Kochi.
Visit Chinese Fishing Nets, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Jewish Synagogue, and Mattancherry Palace/Dutch Palace.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10 Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Trivandrum/Kochi Airport or railway station for your onward journey back home.

The good thing was I did not need to think about any booking. All were done befo (Read More)re so I only enjoyed the trip. Moreover, if anyone is coming with family like children or old parents this approach is good. Travel on ease staffs were prompt to reply in WhatsApp whenever I asked any query or anything. Moreover, the payment also was in installment which is good as you will have trust and slowly you can pay throughout the journey. Travel on ease staffs are kind enough to call everyday to ask if everything is going well or not.

One thing which has room for improvement is that I am not 100% happy with the dr (Read More)iver. I had to tell him to cover all the sight seeings otherwise he was ready to skip some of the places. But it is his job to cover all the places written in itenary. Moreover, he did not come to drop in railway station and told me to take an auto which I did.
