Day 1 Siliguri to Gangtok
  • Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station(NJP)/Bagdogra Airport(IXB)/Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand(Junction), you will meet our representative and transfer to Gangtok.
  • On arrival in Gangtok, check in to the hotel.
  • The evening is free for you to roam around MG Road (Mall) or the local shopping centre.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Gangtok.
  • Visit Ganjong Monastery, Lasa Waterfalls, Institute of Tibetology, Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, Flower Show, White hall, Tashi View Point, and Handicraft and Handlooms centre.
  • The evening is free for you to stroll around.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir.
  • Afterwards, visit Nathu La Pass to the Republic of China (optional). 
  • Return to Gangtok.
  • In the evening you can meander around MG Road (Mall) or neighbourhood shopping centres.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • After breakfast, drive to Lachen via Chungthang. 
  • Lunch at Chungthang.
  • Reach Lachen in the late evening/early night.
  • Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and drink the welcome tea.
  • In the evening, you can walk and visit the Lepcha Village.
  • Overnight stay at Lachen.
  • After breakfast, visit Gurudongmar Lake.
  • Next drive through the cool desert till Tibet/China.

  • In the early morning, at around 03:45 AM drive to Tiger Hill to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather).

He provided us with all the information, do's and dont's and was very helpful in doing the bookings.
