Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Jhansi to Orchha - Forts and Temples

Arrive at Jhansi and drive to Orchha.
On arrival in Orchha, check in to the hotel.
After freshening up leave for local sightseeing.
Visit the Orchha Fort complex, Raja Ram Temple, Phool Bagh, and Laxminarayan Temple.
Also, visit Sunder Mahal, Raj Mahal, Orchha Sanctuary, Chattris, and Chaturbhuj Temple.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 Orchha to Khajuraho - Temple Wonders

Drive to Khajuraho.
On arrival check in to the hotel.
After breakfast, leave for local sightseeing.
Visit the famous temples including Adinath Temple, Chitragupta Temple, and Devi Jagdamba Temple.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 Khajuraho Sightseeing - Forts and Temples

After breakfast, spend the rest of the day in Khajuraho.
Visit Ajaigarh Fort, Kalinjar Fort, Parsvanth Temple and Vaman Temple.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 Khajuraho to Indore - En Route Sanchi Stupa

In the early morning, drive to Indore.
On the way, visit Sanchi Stupa.
Visit the Buddhist vihara at Sanchi, famous for its Great Stupa is located in Sanchi town.
On arrival check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 Excursion to Omkareshwar - Jyotirlinga Visit

After breakfast, proceed to Omkareshwar.
Visit Omkareshwar & Mamleshwar Jyotirlinga.
Have a holy bath in the Narmada river.
In the evening, return to Indore.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 Indore to Ujjain - En Route Maheshwar

In the early morning, depart for Ujjain.
En-route sightseeing of Maheshwar.
On arrival in Ujjain, check in to the hotel.
In the evening, visit some temples such as Bade Ganeshji Mandir, Harsiddhi Temple, Sandipani Ashram, etc.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 Ujjain to Bhopal - Temples and City Tour

In the early morning, visit Mahakaleshwar Temple to attend the Bhasm Aarti.
Proceed to Bhopal.
On arrival at Bhopal, check in to the hotel.
In the afternoon, a city tour of Bhopal.
In the evening, visit Bhopal lake.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8 Depart from Bhopal

Check out from the hotel.
Transfer to the airport/railway station for your onward journey back home.

Anoj has organised our tour to Delhi, Rishikesh, Harithwar with Golden Traigle then To Kerala very well . He has customised our need to go smoothly. We had to (Read More)make last minute adjustments to previous itinerary due to other couple needs in Kerala and Mr Anoj Verma was extremely helpful in dropping us at different locations even after completing the tour. He was extremely taking care of us both during and after tour till be back homebooking new flights and changing ousightseeing. He also personally met us at the airport and facilitated transfers to our hotel in Delhi. Our guides for both cities and driver for the trip were also very helpful and always punctual. Conveyance arranged was also comfortable. We found Sulekha tours to be a good fit for our traveling party of 6 and would definitely recommend them. All hotels were 4+ star rated and the guides are well knowledgeable and very fluent in English. They have provided well history of each places before we entered into the monuments. We planned the tour as we wished. Piyush and Karishma were in easy contact all the time. They let us choose the places to go each day and the drivers were reall (Read More)y flexible, specially our Kerala's driver, Abdul, who was excellent. The hotels were fine. You need to take in mind that the 4 stars hotels in India aren't the same than in the west countries. You can find dirty sheets and uncleaned bathrooms or expect to sleep in a mattress over the floor in a double room (when you expect triple accommodation). That happenned to us in some of the hotels. We had other minor issues but Piyush helped us to fix them. So, if you want to travel to India with comfort and if you need to save time, I recommend you this agency that also have very good prices.

We booked our trip for Varanasi Prayag Ayodhya Lucknow through travel Fun unlimited by sampita Choudhary.all is well except the hotel at Allahabad was in statio (Read More)n campus where noise of station announcement and the entry was closed about a distance of 500 Meterand no arrangements for pick up drop of luggage No courtesy of hotel management no lunch and dinner available after 3 and 10.30 pm The driver was also not knowing the route in Lucknow Ayodhya Prayag KumbhVaranasi.not good. Thanks to cooperation given by Sampita Choudhary coordinator and driver Javed Akhtar at Varanasi was good.overall nice trip
