Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Kochi
- On arrival in Kochi, receive assistance from our representative and transfer to the hotel.
- After freshening up, proceed for sightseeing of Kochi.
- Visit Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jews Street, St. Francis church, Chinese fishing net & the Indo-Portuguese Museum.
- Spend the evening at leisure.
- Overnight stay at Kochi.
Day 2 Kochi to Alleppey
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed to Alleppey.
- On arrival check in to the houseboat around the afternoon (between 12:30-01:00 PM)
- A houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of the backwaters.
- See the local village life along the banks.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure on the houseboat.
- In the evening, enjoy the sunset.
- Later the houseboat will be anchored in a safer place.
- Overnight stay in the houseboat in Alleppey.
- All three meals will be served on board on the houseboat.
Day 3 Alleppey to Munnar
- After breakfast, proceed to Munnar.
- On arrival check in to the hotel.
- Spend the evening at leisure.

Day 4 Munnar Sightseeing
- After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Munnar.
- Visit Anamudi Peak, Mattupetty Lake, and dam.

- Visit Echo point, Kundala dam, Top station, Eravikulam National Park, Tea Museum & Tea Factory, and the local markets.
- Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 5 Munnar to Thekkady (Periyar)
- In the morning, proceed to Thekkady (Periyar).
- On arrival in Thekkady (Periyar) check in to the hotel.
- After freshening up, proceed for sightseeing of Periyar.
- Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar to see a large variety of wildlife (optional)
- There are also few tribal villages you can explore.
- Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Day 6 Thekkady to Madurai
- After breakfast, proceed to Madurai.

Day 7 Madurai to Rameswaram

Day 9 Kanyakumari to Kovalam
- In the morning, drive to Kovalam & transfer to the hotel.

Day 10 Excursion to Thiruvananthapuram

- Visit the Secretariat, Museum, Mini Zoo, and the famous Padmanabhaswamy Temple (optional).
- In the evening, relax once again on the pristine Kovalam Beach.
- Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 11 Kovalam to Poovar
- After breakfast, proceed to Poovar.
- On arrival in Poovar, check in at the hotel.
- After freshening up, visit Tirparappu Falls and the Rock Cut cave of Vinzjhinjam.
- Later in the evening, take a water taxi to visit Poovar beach and watch a beautiful sunset.
- Return back to the hotel.

Day 12 Departure
- After breakfast, proceed to the airport/railway station to board a flight/train for your onward journey.

1. No clarity about the Allepy water way tour inclusion in the house boat. Extra (Read More) payment was taken by a small boat for canal tour through villages, though details were given in the activity list.
2. No proactive guidance by the cab driver.
