Jermey Travels stood out because of their consistently positive feedback, and Iā€™m very happy that we chose them. Deepam, our point of contact, explained everything clearly and planned the entire trip very well, which gave us confidence right from the beginning. We had initially booked Pelling, but when Lachen opened, I requested a change in our itinerary. They handled it very smoothly, including rearranging our hotel bookings without any hassle. All our stays were comfortable and well arranged. Our driver, Samir, was exceptional throughout the journey, and Anand ji personally came to welcome us, which was a lovely gesture. What impressed us the most was their service and personal attention. The team called us every morning and evening to check how the trip was going and whether we were facing any difficulties. From permits and hotels to sightseeing and airport drop, everything was organised perfectly. We covered all the planned places smoothly and never had to worry about anything. We had a wonderful trip covering Gangtok, Zuluk, Pelling, Darjeeling, and Kalimp (Read More)ong. The itinerary planned by Debarshi was excellent, and the hotels selected offered some of the best views of the trip. Overall, everything was well planned, and we enjoyed the trip immensely. The hotel selections, sightseeing, and overall planning were very good. Thanks to Debarshi for organizing such a memorable trip with beautiful views and wonderful experiences. Highly recommended!
The only area for improvement was Darjeeling, where we faced some issues with th (Read More)e hotel, and the three-day stay felt a little too long. In my opinion, two days would be more than enough, and even one day could be sufficient depending on the itinerary.
