Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival at Srinagar
- Upon arrival at Srinagar Sheikh Ul AlamInt’l Airport. You will be met by our representative and transfer. On arrival at Srinagar we check in to the pre-arranged Hotel. Later we start our Sightseeing tour by visit of Shankaracharya Temple.
- In the afternoon, we take a visit to Mughal Gardens, Nishat Garden known as ‘Garden of pleasure’ built in 16th century. Then visit to Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love’ built in 16th century (1619) or Mehr-un-Nissa & Chashmashahi (The Royal Spring). The Chashmashahi Mughal garden in Srinagar had been loved by emperors and picnickers alike.
- In the evening you take a shikara ride on world famous Dal Lake, where you visit the floating vegetable gardens & Open Dal Lake. While riding the Shikara’s there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species including Kingfisher, Little Bittern, Common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc.
- Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 2 Srinagar to Sonmarg
- After a leisurely breakfast. We depart on an excursion to Sonmarg, which means Meadow of Gold, has its backdrop of snowy mountains against the blue sky. The drive offers incredible scenic beauty, dense pine forests and gigantic mountains. The place provides an ideal base for various trekking routes, high mountain lakes, glaciers, and Sri Amarnath Holy cave. The river meanders along here & abounds with Trout & Mahseer. Sonamarg’s importance lies in the fact that it is the last halt on the Kashmir side for the drive from Srinagar to Leh.
- Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3 Srinagar to Gulmarg
- Early morning after leisurely breakfast we proceed to Gulmarg driving past willow trees, fast flowing streams and lush green meadows. Gulmarg - the meadow of flowers is an apt term for this idyllic flower-laden meadow offering a spectacular view of towering snow-capped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers and gigantic fir and pine trees.
- Stroll leisurely or take pony rides(by your own payment) across the green meadow to one of the world's highest Golf Course. A must is a fun-filled ride in the Gondola lift (by your own payment).
- Return to Srinagar in the evening and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 4 Srinagar to Pahalgam
- After a leisurely breakfast, we check out from Hotel & leave for overnight stay at “Pahalgam” called as “Valley of Shepherds”. Pahalgam is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River, Pahalgam (2,130 m) was once a humble shepherd's village with breathtaking views.
- Enroute visit saffron Fields & 19th Century Awantipura Ruins. Upon arrival, check in to the pre-arranged Hotel.
- Rest of the day is free to enjoy and explore the Beauty of “Pahalgam” One can go to Aru Valley (10 kms from Pahalgam) which is a fine meadow of picturesque scenery and starting point of trekking of (Liddarwat, Kolahoi Glacier &Trsar Lake) & Betaab Valley.
- Overnight stay at Hotel in Pahalgam.
Day 5 Pahalgam Sightseeings
- After Breakfast enjoy rest of the day at leisure. enjoy an excursion to Chandanwadi, Starting point of Amarnath Yatra and Betaab valley (where movie Betaab was shot), later in the afternoon you may choose to visit Aru Valley, a tourist spot close to Pahalgam, This valley is famous for its scenic meadows and pristine mountains.
- Overnight stay at Hotel in Pahalgam.
Day 6 Pahalgam to Srinagar
- A warm cup of tea with delicious breakfast should get you ready for the day of activity. Leave from your hotel refreshed and satiated with your breakfast and move towards Srinagar. Check in at Super Deluxe houseboat, freshen up and relax at the luxury of the royal hospitality.
- In the afternoon, we take a visit to Mughal Gardens, Nishat Garden known as ‘Garden of pleasure’ built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan.
- Then visit to Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love’ built in 16th century (1619) or Mehr-un-Nissa & Chashmashahi (The Royal Spring). The Chashmashahi Mughal Garden in Srinagar had been loved by emperors and picnickers alike.
- Dinner & overnight stay at Houseboat.
Day 7 Depart Srinagar
- After the Breakfast, Leave from your hotel and move towards the Srinagar International Airport to catch flight on time board your flight with Everlasting Memories of Fabulous Kashmir.

The food was too spicy at few restaurants causing stomach problems. Also the hot (Read More)el accommodation at Zurich and Frankfurt were having very little space to move around. The same needs to be improved.

The trip commencing from Delhi on 20.9.2019 to Vienna. From there to Budapest, Bratislava, Prague, Lauf, Wurzburg, Frankfurt and back to Delhi on 27.9.2019 was (Read More)excellent as regards direct flight, pickup, hotels, food, transport, guides, sightseeing, free time and expenses. Travelopack since inception, visa, ticketing, payments, cooperation, coordination and enquiries of well being while abroad was very very good in all respects. Gunjan and Hitesh were too good. Look forward to further trips and recommend others to avail their services.
