Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Darjeeling

Pickup from NJP Railway Station/IXB Airport by our representative and transfer to Darjeeling.
On arrival check-in to hotel.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 2 Darjeeling Sightseeing

Early morning (at 4.00 AM) drive to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga.
On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ava Art Gallery and Japanese Temple (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs).
Spend the evening at leisure or go out shopping in the local markets,
Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 3 Darjeeling to Gangtok

After breakfast at hotel, drive to Gangtok.
On arrival at Gangtok, check-in to your hotel.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 4 Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir

After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir which is 55 kms from Gangtok city.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 5 Gangtok to Lachung

After breakfast, pickup from the hotel and drive to Lachung.
Enroute visit Singhik View point, Seven Sister Waterfall and Naga Waterfall.
Arrival at Lachung by evening.
Dinner and overnight stay at Lachung.

Day 6 Lachung to Yumthang Valley Excursion

After breakfast, drive to Yumthang Valley (also known as Valley of Flowers).
On the way back, visit Hot Spring which are considered to have medicinal properties.
Head back to the resort for lunch.
Overnight stay at Lachung.

Day 7 Lachung to Gangtok

After breakfast, depart for Gangtok.
Enroute witness the wonderful Bheema and Twin Waterfalls.
On arrival at Gangtok, check-in to your hotel.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 8 Gangtok Local Sightseeing and Transfer to Pelling

In the morning, start for a half day tour of Gangtok city.
Visit Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Flower Show, Dro-dul Chorten, Ranka Monastery and Banjakhri Falls.
In the afternoon, drive to Pelling.
On arrival, check-in to your hotel.
Overnight stay at Pelling.

Day 9 Pelling Sightseeing

After breakfast, prepare for a full day sightseeing of Pelling.
Visit Darap village, Khangchendzonga Waterfalls, Sewaro Rock Garden, Rimbi Waterfalls and Khecheopalri Lake.
In the afternoon, head to Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins and New Helipad Ground.
Overnight stay at Pelling.

Day 10 Transfer from Pelling to Kalimpong and Kalimpong Sightseeing

After breakfast, drive to Kalimpong.
On arrival, check in to your hotel.
In the afternoon, visit Mangal Dham, Deolo Hills, Dr. Graham’s Home, Golf Garden, Durpin Dara Hill and Flower Nurseries.
Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

Day 11 Departure from Kalimpong

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel on time.
Drop to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey.

When I was given a tour enquiry to the DreamFly, I received a call from DreamFly, a woman voice so gently and motherly tone i.e Mamatha Madam. Fascinated by the way of approach of Mamatha Sister (because I am a Senior Citizen) I have confirmed our family tour with DreamFly as the tour cost has been chalked out so cost concept manner. Mamatha Sister is oftenly asked about problems when we were travelling and suggesting and arranging for better way out for our journey. We do not have more words to thank Mamatha madam for her tour co-ordination. We will plan a Rajasthan and Gujarath tour with DreamFly with the help of Mamatha Sister.
