Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Phnom Penh
  • Upon arrival, meet out driver for private pick-up from Pochentong international airport to your hotel.
  • Check-in to the hotel breakfast and enjoy the day free at leisure till dinner.
  • Overnight stay in Phnom Penh.
  • After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and enjoy the time at liesure till lunch by yourselves.
  • Pick up by our driver from the hotel and drop off at the bus station to join the VIP bus at Mekong Express or Giant Ibis bus to Siem Reap.
  • There’s free Wifi Internet, cold mineral water and cold towels on bus.
  • Private pick-up at Siem Reap bus station upon arrival, then transfer to the hotel for check-in.
  • After freshning up, dinner is pre-arranged at a local restaurant.
  • Overnight stay in Siem Reap.
  • After breakfast, leave for the south gate of Angkor Thom.
  • Later, visit the Bayon temple , the Baphuon temple, The Roayl Enclosure Phimeanakas, The Elephant Terrace and The Terrace of Leper King. 
  • Later visit Thommanon, Chau say Tevoda, Ta Keo, which are small and attractive temples in very good condition.
  • Continue to visit to the fabulous Ta Prohm.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant.
  • In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat. Huge temple plain which is a main tourist attraction.
  • View the sunset from the top of Bakheng Hill.
  • Return to the hotel. Dinner by yourselves.
  • Overnight stay in Siem Reap.
  • After breakfast, pick up from hotel.
  • Excursion to visit Floating Village, take a ride by traditional wooden boat on Tonle Sap Lake to experience the human occupations at the edges of the lake.
  • Transfer back to the hotel after lunch.
  • Afternoon free at leisure.
  • Overnight stay in Siem Reap.
  • After breakfast, free leisure in the morning.
  • 3 hours before your flight departure time, our private driver will drop you off at Siem Reap airport for your onward journey.

What's Good: I loved my short time in Bhutan. The hotels were Very nice and clean. Since I wanted to save money, I asked for only 3-star hotels, the hotel I was placed in were all very very (Read More) clean and included a breakfast buffet and dinner. We also stayed at a home stay out in the countryside with a beautiful valley-view and a wonderful host. The homestay allows one to have a more authentic experience staying and interacting with local Bhutanese people. We loved experiencing the delicious Bhutanese food and culture and will not hesitate to come again in the future. I was just not aware how much was included in our tour. We had guides taking us personally everywhere we went. And even dinner was included in our package! You can confidently utilize this company. They strive to go above and beyond your expectations.
What's Not Good: I could have been fine without including the dinner in our package and seeking out my own dinners outside. Had I mention Ed that to Asia Valley, I am sure they would have accommodated my request.

What's Good: I recently booked my honeymoon trip to Bhutan with Hitansh Wanderlust, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! Their service was incredibly timely and professional, making th (Read More)e entire journey smooth and stress-free. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing fascinating insights throughout the trip. Our driver was very skilled and courteous, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride. The hotels they arranged were top-notch, offering excellent comfort and hospitality. Overall, Hitansh Wanderlust truly made our trip memorable with their outstanding service. Highly recommended!
What's Not Good: One hotel in Paro Udhamwara Resort. It was not as we excepted . Not recommended at all.

What's Good: ## Bhutan Experience Our journey through Bhutan was largely impressive, with knowledgeable guides who showcased the country's rich cultural heritage and stunning landscapes with g (Read More)enuine enthusiasm. The drivers navigated the winding mountain roads with skill and professionalism, ensuring our comfort throughout most of the journey. However, our second night at Paro Rema Resort fell short of expectations in terms of dining. The food quality was disappointing compared to other meals we enjoyed in Bhutan, lacking both flavor and presentation that would be expected at a resort of this caliber. ## Sikkim Portion The transition between destinations proved problematic. Our transfer from Bhutan to Gangtok felt unnecessarily rushed, with a driver who seemed more concerned with completing the journey quickly than ensuring passenger comfort or allowing us to appreciate the scenic route. Upon arrival in Gangtok, we were pleased with our hotel's prime location on MG Road, offering convenient access to local attractions, shopping, and dining options. Unfortunately, the hotel's service standards did not match its excellent location. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, and several basic amenities were either missing or required multiple requests. Overall, while the Bhutan portion of our tour delivered a memorable experience, the Sikkim segment would benefit from significant improvements to transportation and accommodation service quality.
