Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Kuala Lumpur
- On arrival at Kuala Lumpur International airport, transfer to the hotel and check-in (standard check-in would be at 02:00 pm).
- In the afternoon, proceed for the Kuala Lumpur city tour.
- Visit Kings Palace, China Town, Notional Monument, National Museum, National Mosque, Shopping Stop, Independences Square OR Anglican Church, Sultan Abdul Samad building, Twin Tower & Batu Caves.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight stay in Kuala Lumpur.
Day 2 Malacca Tour
- After breakfast, proceed for Malacca historical tour.
- Explore the historic town of Malacca, a UNESCO World Heritage City.
- Visit St Paul's Hill, St Paul's church, the Stadthuys, the fortress A’Famosa (Porta de Santiago), and Cheng Hoon Teng.

Day 3 Genting Highlands Tour
- After breakfast, spend the morning at leisure.
- Later proceed for Genting Highlands, a 24-hour entertainment resort.
- The rest of the afternoon is free for you to enjoy the various entertainment activities i.e cable car ride, indoor theme park, Casino de Genting, First World Plaza, etc.
- Return to the hotel.

Day 4 Kuala Lumpur to Singapore
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Transfer to the coach station to proceed to Singapore.
- On arrival in Singapore, proceed to the hotel for check-in.
- In the evening, proceed for the Night Safari tour.
- Take a 40 mins tram journey to watch the wild animals through the east and west loop.
- After the tram ride, your guide will take you on a walking trail where you will be able to get a chance to come close with lions, tigers, tapirs, deer, etc.

Day 5 Singapore City Tour
- After breakfast, proceed for the city tour of Singapore.

Day 7 Departure

Here is my brief feedback in pre trip and during the trip.
Pre-Trip Experience:
The pre-trip coordination was smooth and well-managed, with clear communication and timely updates. The team demonstrated strong organizational skills, ensuring everything was aligned ahead of departure. However, there was some underlying tension regarding the visa process. While this aspect was outside your scope, it did have a slight impact on the overall pre-trip experience.
During the Trip:
The itinerary was well-planned and thoughtfully structured, allowing for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Execution on the ground was excellent, with everything running as scheduled. The support provided was prompt and highly responsive—any queries or concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. Despite the 2.5-hour time difference, the team showed great commitment by being available early in the morning in India to provide assistance, which was truly commendable.
