Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Srinagar
  • Upon arrival at Srinagar Sheikh Ul AlamInt’l Airport. 
  • You will be met by our representative and transferred. On arrival in Srinagar, we check in to the pre-arranged Hotel. Later, we start our Sightseeing tour by visiting Shankaracharya Temple.
  • In the afternoon, we visit the Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Garden, known as the ‘Garden of Pleasure’, built in the 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Then, we visit Shalimar Garden, known as the ‘Garden of Love’, built in the 16th century (1619), or Mehr-un-Nissa & Chashmashahi (The Royal Spring). The Chashmashahi Mughal Garden in Srinagar was loved by emperors and picnickers alike. 
  • In the evening, you take a shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake, where you visit the floating vegetable gardens & Open Dal Lake. While riding the Shikara, there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species, including Kingfisher, Little Bittern, Common Pariah Kites, Grebe, etc. 
  • Dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel.
  • After a leisurely breakfast, we check out from the hotel & transfer to Sonmarg. We depart on an excursion to Sonmarg. Sonmarg, which means Meadow of Gold, has its backdrop of snowy mountains against the blue sky.
  • The drive offers incredible scenic beauty, dense pine forests, and gigantic mountains.
  • The place provides an ideal base for various trekking routes, high mountain lakes, glaciers, and Sri Amarnath Holy Cave. The river meanders along here and abounds with Trout and Mahseer.
  • Sonamarg’s importance lies in the fact that it is the last halt on the Kashmir side for the drive from Srinagar to Leh.
  • Dinner and Overnight stay at a hotel in Srinagar.
  • Early in the morning, Check out of the houseboat and proceed to Gulmarg, driving past willow trees, fast-flowing streams, and lush green meadows. 
  • Gulmarg—the meadow of flowers—is an apt term for this idyllic flower-laden meadow, which offers a spectacular view of towering snow-capped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers and gigantic fir and pine trees.
  • Stroll or take pony rides (by your payment) across the green meadow to one of the world's highest Golf courses. A must is a fun-filled ride in the Gondola lift (by your payment).
  • Return to Srinagar in the evening and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After a leisurely breakfast, we check out from Hotel & leave for overnight stay at “Pahalgam” called as “Valley of Shepherds”. Pahalgam is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River, Pahalgam (2,130 m) was once a humble shepherd's village with breathtaking views.
  • Enroute visit saffron Fields & 19th Century Awantipura Ruins.
  • Upon arrival, check in to the pre-arranged Hotel. Rest of the day is free to enjoy and explore the Beauty of “Pahalgam” (ON OWN).
  • One can go to Aru Valley (10 kms from Pahalgam) which is a fine meadow of picturesque scenery and starting point of trekking of (Liddarwat, Kolahoi Glacier & Trsar Lake) & Betaab Valley.
  • Dinner and Overnight stay at Pahalgam.
  • A warm cup of tea with a delicious breakfast should prepare you for the activity day.
  • Leave your hotel refreshed and satiated with your breakfast and move towards Srinagar. Check in at Super Deluxe houseboat, freshen up and relax in the luxury of royal hospitality.

What's Good: We had an amazing experience on our trip to Ladakh, Leh, Srinagar, Kargil, Nubra Valley, and Pangong Lake, all arranged by Zenith Holidays. Everything was exceptionally well-organi (Read More)zed – from transportation to accommodation, and especially the hospitality we received throughout the journey. The service provided was top-notch, and every detail was taken care of with professionalism and warmth. We felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after at all times. What's Not Good: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like – everything was perfect from start to finish. The entire trip was seamless and well-organized, and we truly appreciate the effort that went into making our experience so special. Jispa was not in the itinerary
