Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi – Amboseli National Park (240 km – Approx. 3-4 hrs.)

Your adventure begins with a warm welcome at Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your hotel. After introductions, embark on a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park, known for its breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, settle into your lodge or camp and relax before heading out for an evening game drive. Amboseli is famous for its large herds of elephants and diverse wildlife set against the stunning backdrop of Africa's highest peak.
Overnight stay at your lodge/camp in Amboseli.

You’ll rise early for a pre-breakfast game drive. Life pervades every nook and valley of the grasslands at this time of day as nocturnal animals head to their resting places and the other animals of the day begin their cycle of feeding and preying breathing energy into the landscape.

Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain, watches over you roaming and with luck, the clouds won’t roll in before you get your perfect photograph of the snow-capped peak. You will spend your day looking out for elephants, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, wildebeest, and all the other fauna that live off the luscious, green grasslands of Kenya.

Lunch is served in a picnic style, surrounded by the beauty of the park and dinner is served at your accommodation.

After a hearty breakfast, depart Amboseli and journey through Kenya’s scenic Great Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and enjoy a leisurely boat ride on the tranquil waters of the lake, where you can spot hippos and an array of waterbirds. Later, take a guided nature walk on Crescent Island, a sanctuary teeming with zebras, giraffes, and antelopes.
Overnight stay at your lodge in Lake Naivasha.

Following breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned for its large populations of flamingos and pelicans, as well as rhinos and other wildlife. After checking into your lodge, embark on an afternoon game drive to explore the park’s diverse ecosystem, which includes dense woodlands, rocky escarpments, and open grasslands. Marvel at the shimmering lake, dotted with vibrant birdlife, and the rolling hills that frame this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Overnight stay at your lodge in Lake Nakuru National Park.

Enjoy breakfast before setting out for the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. Along the way, you’ll stop at a curio shop to browse unique souvenirs and local crafts. Upon arrival in the Mara, check into your lodge or camp and prepare for an authentic cultural experience. Visit a Maasai village, where you’ll be guided by a Maasai Moran, learning about their traditions, daily life, and harmonious relationship with nature.
(Note: If you prefer, you can opt for an evening game drive instead of the village visit.)
Overnight stay at your lodge/camp in Masai Mara.

Spend the day exploring the rolling savannahs and open plains of the Masai Mara, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife reserves. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration, a natural wonder where millions of wildebeests and zebras cross the Mara River, often pursued by predators. Your private safari allows you the flexibility to tailor your schedule, whether it’s an early morning game drive followed by a leisurely breakfast or a full-day adventure with a picnic lunch at a scenic spot. Spot the Big Five, marvel at the teeming wildlife, and take in the sweeping views of this extraordinary landscape.
Overnight stay at your lodge/camp in Masai Mara.

After breakfast, bid farewell to the Masai Mara and start your journey back to Nairobi. Reflect on your incredible safari experience as you drive through Kenya’s beautiful landscapes. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon for a farewell lunch at a local restaurant. Your safari concludes with a transfer to the airport for your onward flight or an optional drop-off at your hotel.
End of Safari.
