Day 1 Cape Town – Hermanus – Cape Agulhas

  • Embark on a scenic overland drive, crossing the beautiful Outeniqua Mountain pass.

  • Begin with a serene canoeing adventure along the Touw River, passing through lush indigenous forests.
  • After approximately 40 minutes of canoeing, embark on a scenic 2 km hike along a boardwalk leading to a captivating waterfall and refreshing rock pools.

  • Spend a few hours exploring the vast 28,000-hectare reserve, home to diverse wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, lions, rhinos, warthogs, zebras, and more.
  • Optional Activity: If you wish, you can enhance your wildlife experience with a 2-hour open vehicle game drive with an Addo field guide (additional cost).
  • After an exciting game viewing experience, it's time to bid farewell to the park's incredible wildlife.
  • Arrive in Port Elizabeth around 1-2 pm, where your South African adventure concludes.
  • Please note: We recommend scheduling outward flights from Port Elizabeth airport after 15:00. A return tour option to Cape Town is available.
