Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City(D)
Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City. Be welcomed by a representative for pick-up and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, transfer to explore the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, an intricate underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the long struggle for independence. Following lunch, visit the former Presidential Palace. Then, enjoy free time for shopping at Ben Thanh Market. Dinner will be on your own. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
In the morning, take a 2-hour drive southwest of Ho Chi Minh City to the Mekong Delta, known as the rice bowl of Vietnam. Enjoy a boat cruise around islets and tropical orchards through the canal of Vam Xep to reach a small islet. Take a relaxing walk along shady, palm-fringed trails, passing local villages to observe their peaceful daily life. Visit a bee farm, sip special tea with honey, sample fruits with a local family, and hear their stories.

Explore a small coconut workshop, experience a horse-drawn cart transfer, visit handicraft villages and a coconut candy factory, and enjoy tropical fruit and traditional music. Relax with a rowing boat ride through the narrow, palm tree-lined canals of the Mekong River before returning to My Tho by motorized boat. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
After breakfast, take a cyclo tour to visit the major sights of Ho Chi Minh City, including the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office.

Lunch will be at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit the War Remnants Museum to learn about the history of the Vietnam War and the prolonged resistance against the United States. You will also have the chance to visit the Thien Hau Temple, one of the famous temples in Ho Chi Minh City.

Afterward, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
