Day 1 Arrive in Kochi - Transfer to Munnar
  • On arrival at Kochi, you will be transferred to Munnar.
  • Upon arrival, check in at the hotel.
  • Spend the evening at leisure.

  • After breakfast in the morning start the sightseeing of Munnar.
  • Visit the Tea Plantations, Tea Museum, the Eravikulam National Park.
  • Followed by a visit to the Mattupetty Dam, the Kundala Lake, and other scenic spots.
  • In the evening visit Echo Point.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • In the morning, transfer to Thekkady (Periyar) (4 hrs drive). 
  • On arrival at Thekkady, check in at the hotel.
  • Later in the afternoon, a boat ride on Lake Periyar, where one can have a unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. (Wildlife viewing is always dependent on one's good fortune).
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • Get up early for a beautiful view of sunrise.

Blackberry Hills hotel. Thekkady: elephant jungle. Poetrree Saravor hotel. Elephant ride Kumarakom: Backwater ripple hotel. Alleppey: spice route luxury houseboat. Loved the crab roast chef John prepared. Cruising the backwaters was very tranquil. Walked alongside the rice paddies. Kovalum: boat cruise in backwaters. Trivandrum: Gokulam grand hotel.
