Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Sonipat to Dharamshala
  • In Evening Pick up from Sonipat & Drive to Dharamshala by A.c Volvo.
  • Overnight travel by Volvo bus.
  • In Morning on arrival, check in at the hotel.
  • After fresh up, visit Local Sightseeing of Dharamshala like the Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsunag Temple, and Mcleodganj.
  • In the evening, return back to the hotel.
  • Dinner & Stay at the Hotel.
  • After breakfast, do local sightseeing like Cricket Stadium, a War memorial, and a waterfall.
  • After that, explore the Local market on your own.
  • Back to the hotel.
  • Stay & dinner at hotel .
  • After breakfast, check out of the hotel and visit Bir Billing Track by tempo traveller in the morning.
  • Arrive in Bir.
  • Trek starts around 2 pm from Bir to Billing.
  • Bir (1600 meters), surrounded by tea gardens and an amphitheatre of low hills, is an ideal landing ground for para-gliders. Bir has Buddhist monasteries that are worth visiting. Fine Tibetan handicrafts are also produced here.
  • Billing (2400 meters) is up in the hills 14 km from Bir with an area of 200 km for high altitude and cross country flying; it is one of the best aero sports sites in the country.
  • Night stay in camp with a bonfire with music.
  • After breakfast, check out from Bir Billing camp by noon and start track To Bir & after reaching Bir Billing by road, then take a evening drive to Sonipat By A.C Volvo.

We visited Amsterdam, Paris and Switzerland in this family trip. Tour was well organized by Make My Trip. Tour guide Ronnie was excellent. Time management was good. All the days we could get Indian Fo (Read More)od atleast once in a day. Only weak point was vary small rooms for stay. Overall a wonderful tour.
