Very pretty grounds and nice bathroom.

Staff was a little unfriendly. Room wasn't very nice -- lighting was very harsh and flooring was ugly. I expected more for the price.

I stayed in quite a few Hotel im Chiang Mai. But non of them was like Yaang Come Village. It is an oasis in the heart of Chiang Mai. Just a few minutes walking to the night market. Everything in this Hotel premises works perfectly. If you need support you get it very helpfully within a few minutes. I have been there more than one time. It is an beautiful, quite place with an amazing nice, familiar staff.

There is really nothing I can think of.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The garden with pool seems like little oasis in middle of the city. Very close to Night Market and short walk to Old Center. The staff is really friendly. Breakfast are sufficient.

I would have appreciated if reception staff was a little bit more forthcoming with information as we did not realise that bar and restaurant were only opened until 4pm. Also, I informed the morning receptionist that we will be leaving for the airport very early next day and asked for a taxi and then at 4 pm I asked the afternoon receptionist if we could get something to take with us for breakfast, but was told it is too late as the kitchen has just closed. I insisted and said it could even be just fruit and I was reluctantly told that they will something will be waiting for us in the morning, but in the morning at checkout I had to remind them about it, otherwise we would not get it. In my opinion great customer service would be if the morning receptionist had the initiative (at the time I told her about early checkout) to ask us if we wanted to have something for breakfast to take with us as we have paid for it.
