    The Windsor Arms Hotel offers a great high-tea experience with a wide tea selection and accommodating service. However, the food served during tea was average and lacking in flavor. On the other hand (Read More), the hotel itself is lovely with spacious rooms, an excellent restaurant, and a delicious included breakfast. The manager and server at the cocktail hour were both gracious and enjoyable to interact with. Overall, the hotel provides a unique and enjoyable stay.

    Location and staff
    Hall carpets dirty, bed was worn out and no hot water in my room. No food service available after a busy day and generally frustrated at lack of options for guests.

    Overall great place to stay especially location and restaurant for dinner
    Restaurant is gorgeous! Rooms are great however getting a bit due for updates. Carpets have many stains as example. Valet and room service staff top notch. Couple of the desk ladies (one that stood behind podium) could be friendlier. The guy when we got there didnt get name but he was fantastic as well.
    Carpets need replacing, fridge in room as well.

    Beautiful hotel.. was able to experience the afternoon tea, visit the spa highly recommend to save some time to swim in
    Located in the heart of Torontos shopping district, amazing spa, and fantastic hotel staff!

    Location, the porters.
    For the price paid, which is similar to Four Seasons, Regis, One Hotel, Park Hyatt, please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. The mattress are old spring mattress, I have travelled extensively. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Don't think staff are trained or paid well. It is obvious management/owners are letting this property going to the ground, they are cashing on the name and location, until maybe one day to be demolished. It is surviving on borrowed time. Front desk have no clue how no clue on how to treat guests. It feels like you are checking in a hostel. Most areas are curtained to hide eye sores, corridor carpets dirty, dark and spotty, hotel is dead, hardly anybody in the bar area. I think owners do not care about this property, maybe they are using this hotel as a cost center, or are using it for close friends for partying or events, and if guest come they will charge the highest cost; cashing on the name, so I don't think they care if customers come back or not. If you are able to pay that kind of price, I advice you to go elsewhere. It is a rip off, beware.
