We would stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights. Staff extremely helpful, friendly, providing information how to get around Nanital and what to see. The hotel photos accurately depict room and facilities. The in-house dining was very good. We had buffet breakfast each day and dinner one night. Hotel has a great past world charm.

An Unforgettable Experience at WelcomHeritage Ashdale!!Our stay at Ashdale was nothing short of remarkable. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Staff's enthusiasm and dedication were infectious.Their professionalism and personal connection made a lasting impact. Room are very well appointed with beautiful mountain views. The restaurant where all fantastic with different a la carte options and a great choice at the breakfast buffet. Really great holiday. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing location and awesome staff!!

loved the location - walking distance from the Mall Road but still away from the crowds :) Staff - I always feel that its the people who make or break your vacation and this was soo true for Ashdale. the staff was amazing - always checking if we had eaten. we had a 1.5 year old baby with us - and the staff was always happy to prepare special meals for him property - while there are few things that could be looked but the garden just outside our room was soo perfect for children to run around and play.

I wouldnt say I didnt like - but things that can be improved were - little bit more lighting in the rooms, washrooms can do with little bit more work. but those are minor aspects if we look at our overall vacation

Loved it and enjoyed it thoroughly

The property is very well maintained. The staff is just wonderful and always ready to assist you with a smile. It is one of the rare places where one can see that the staff really enjoys what they do and so it translates in their interaction with you.

It would be great if the property itself had a shuttle service at regular intervals to and from Mall road. Getting a cab everytime is super expensive and getting around without a cab with an elderly family member is impossible. A simple tempo traveller would be great.
