I was there for one night. The food was good, but the front desk were not helpful at all. That was my bad experience. Half an hour before check out I couldnt enter to my room went twice to front desk and until I got help. I reserved an ocean view room and I got the side view. When I called them and asked, they said it will be an upgrade that I had to pay.

The front desk staff were not friendly at all, and not helpful on the phone as well.

Relaxing easy vacation with good ametities

Overall the property was well Maintained and the food was really good

I thought staff kind of goes through the motions overall. Didnt feel super valued. Not bad just not amazing.

The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The buffet food is fairly good. View of the harbour boats working and the many passing boats is interesting to watch.

The facility is rather compact with wear & tear. No real beach on site. The lobby serves also as a noisy bar area; in the evenings there is no quieter bar or lounge to relax. The price, even at discount, was too high for what is available and the experience.

Old room with moldy windows in need of an update. Garden view turns out to be a view of trash and a patch of green.

Superb

Very good hotel in a nice island

The hotel is located close to the entrance of Paradise Island and is also within walking distance from various other beaches. There are three restaurants at the hotel and the buffet options are also quite good. The pool area and bars are also great. The entertainment, both at the pool and at the night, was a fun and great touch.

The hotel is located close to the pier, so the beach area does not really have a direct access to the ocean. However, the whole outside (pool+beach) area is great.

Low quality food, overpriced stay and good drinks to be fair

The view is beautiful if you upgrade to the room with Balcony, if not theres no sea view

I paid around $500 per night. I was expecting better food than what was served. The food was similar to what you can eat in college dining halls and every day same menu

Beautiful stay at Warwick will recommend!

Staff was excellent and the service was impeccable! Rico our server at the buffet was very helpful and professional. Denzel the lifeguard on duty went beyond his duties at setting up lounge chairs and umbrella for us. Thank you Warwick our vacation was great!

I didnt like that we were charge for local calls made from our room. $1.25 per calls thats too much and they insist on it being paid by credit card only.
