it was a beautiful, spacious room. Very nice staff who truly care about your experience an helping.
The watermain break that took out the elevators. I'm handicapped and had to haul my luggage up an down flights of stairs. That was difficult for me.

Best staff, beautiful hotel.
Every single staff member was so helpful and eager to help in anyway. NOT intrusive, but ready to help any time we had questions. The woman at the desk had worked ALL NIGHT LONG, and she was just as kind the morning we checked out as the night before when we got in from the Billy Joel concert.

I switched shrooms three times for random issues. The Australian security guard told me that the rooms are all noisy because they surround the elevator shaft. Total BS. There were two other people in line at the front desk complaining about power outages and things not working properly in their rooms. The employees were new and had no knowledge about basic operations.

We loved our stay at the W Forshay for a week long business trip but if we were not on expenses, we might just visit the
Beautiful historic art deco building with contemporary updated decor. The room was large and had everything we needed. Easy walk to the convention center.
The maid service was not up to standards. Our room was not cleaned as well as we would have liked. The public areas were always immaculate. There is no pool, jacuzzi or workout room.
