Guests had a pleasant stay at The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown. They found the rooms to be clean and enjoyed the good shower pressure. The front desk staff was friendly and offered helpful sugg (Read More)estions. The hotel was described as lovely, with clean rooms and a nice bathtub. One guest mentioned that the bed was overly firm and that there was some noise, but they were still able to sleep well. The breakfast was said to be okay, but not great. They would stay at the hotel again.

Great location, very friendly staff and we enjoyed the onsite restaurant.

Terrible pillows and we couldnt get our shower doors to close completely.

The bathroom did not have a fan and the door did not latch shut. The comforter had stains on it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the Wood & Paddle Eatery. Such amazing food!

We didn't like how there is no grass nearby for dogs.

I got an upgrade as soon as I went to check in. The front desk staff was just so nice! My room was emaculant and beautiful

Best place with the best staff!

Every single thing was great! From the second we checked to the time we had to leave was amazing. The front desk staff was THE BEST we have ever experienced in the cities. They were helpful with everything and super, fun, friendly and nice. Room was clean, access to parking and getting to our room was safe and clean. The location is perfect for walking to go out, dinner, lunch, site seeing etc
