    It was not worth the money by any means.
    Our room had a lot of space and the heated flooring in the bathrooms were nice.
    The check-in service was terrible. We came to check-in a hour after check-in time that way everything would be ready. Well, our room still wasnt ready. They had us sitting in the lobby for an extra 45 minutes waiting which was unacceptable. It caused a large shift in our own plans for the night.

    Convenient location in the theater district
    This hotel doesnt offer any parking, valet or any room service most of the hotel is empty and feels abandoned except for the front desk, guest rooms and a small library. Housekeeping does not show up when staying multiple nights and theres no fixtures to hang a towel or even get a clean towel as if the hotel discourages staying over. Bed has no top sheet so you hope the last guest has taken a shower Breakfast is a few misc grab and go packaged items in a dark empty abandoned restaurant and no microwave or refrigerator in the room to heat something up yourself plus the hotel doesnt seem to provide any ice machines for guests to keep anything cold No pet area or any other facilities offered yet theres a $100 pet fee so hopefully Fido doesnt mind using the sidewalk. The main entrance seems to be kept locked and unattended Our room was clean but a deep cleaning was over due it looked good unless you looked closely or spent any time in the room breathing the air Our credit card was charged twice for our stay and calls to management were not returned The bathroom does have a heated floor and a rain shower head so if you havent seen this before in a hotel room its a nice touch but personally I would prefer a clean towel and bed sheet first

    Perfect place to stay while we visited Minneapolis and took in a Vikings game. Staff was friendly and hotel was very cle
    Very simple to navigate the hotel. Not many bells & whistles, but quiet and charming hotel. Many restaurants and things to do that were walking distance.

    This used to be a premier hotel. Now its just kind of sad
    This used to be an amazing place. Now the restaurant and the rooftop deck is closed and the rooms are starting to show their age.
    The people in the room next to us brought their dog then left it in the room alone. It howled and howled until 2am, making it impossible to sleep. Then around 3am a bunch of loud, drunk guests came back to their rooms yelling at each other and slamming their doors. Needless to say we did not get any sleep.

    A nice place to celebrate a birthday.
    Room was lovely, the check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming (a perfect balance of enthusiasm and calm).
    Not the fault of the business - my first experience with big city hotels. Parking was extra. The room was expensive - but again, very very nice. Once I got over sticker price, I was able to enjoy the great room and night life of the city that strolled by with an excellent view.

    The staff is absolutely amazing, super pleasant and helpful!!

    Look elsewhere.
    Front desk staff were excellent. Helped us complete a quick check-in even when multiple guests were all arriving at once. Other than that, the rest of the stay was not great.
    The radiant heater bangs and clangs all night which did not allow for a great night's sleep at all. Add to that, paper thin walls where we could hear the conversations of a group that decided 4:30am was the best time to have a loud conversation and the city noises coming in, and that equals a poor night's sleep. Also, no complimentary bottles of water supplied. The shower floor also had a slimy feel which made me wish I had my flip flops. Not a great place and our room was an upgrade too. Laughable.

    Comfortable but overpriced
    Large cozy room and beautiful bathroom with amenities. Great location in the heart of Minneapolis.
    Breakfast options are very poor. My room was located on the second floor facing the street and it was quite noisy.
