A good stay though delight missing

The property is one of the premium properties on Yas Island. It is located on the F1 track and makes it a perfect destination for race enthusiasts.

At a luxurious property like this one would expect wow factor, which was missing. The service was good but they were not doing things to delight guests like some other similar properties do. Also guests booking through booking.com are not eligible for free theme parks tickets unlike guests who book from hotel. Given the island is primarily theme parks, it would make sense to include

They withdrew money twice from my account

Location

The property has withdrawn money from my bank account twice with different amounts. Not to mention that they have not provided me with a receipt. I had to email them to ask for my receipt, and once received it was a made up excel sheet, which can simply be edited. I am surprised with the Ws unprofessional treatment and fraudulent behavior. I would have definitely not expected this from a 5-star hotel. Dont come here if youre afraid to get robbed!

Nice Hotel.

Great unique location, with great restaurants and bars.

When we arrived in the room, it seemed nice and fresh. However we went out, and when we returned several hours later the room had a strange fishy smell to it. Its beginning to look a little tired in some areas.

The price was too high , the service was poor , they did not allow me to reduce the number of days at their property, they cancelled my initial bookings that were cheaper and made me pay double, the reservation manager doesnt have guests at heart they are only concerned about money
