    nothing.
    dirty sheets with stains; no expresso coffee machine, no wifi on the T.V to connect with Netflix apps, discriminating rooms from floor 5 compare upgraded floors on 17. no mini bar, no microwave, bad lighting, room service was terrible, staff didnt understand English very well.

    Good place for family with small kids.
    The building is renovated, rooms nice with comfortable beds. Bathroom a bit outdated but clean. There are two small pools. I loved play area for kids on the ground floor with restaurant/bar near by. Nice buffet breakfast.
    You can hear some noise through ceiling/walls if you have noisy neighbours.

    The young lady that assisted us with check-out was really friendly and ewfficient.
    After spending hours in the car, I didn't appreciate the condescending concierge "explaining" to me that although I had pre-booked parking at the hotel and received written confirmation of it, they didn't have parking for us, because they have 100's of rooms and only 70 parks. We had to park overnight in a public car park off premises. The carpets in the hotel could do with a good vacuum. The toilet in our room wasn't working, and my partner ended up fixing it. Not enough crockery supplied for 4 guests. We had breakfast at the Tides restaurant just before 9am, and there was no bacon or eggs available. Both coffee machines were on the fritz not dispensing milk.

    Fine for the night, appreciated convenient location and street parking availability.
    Location, general reception area.
    Expensive due to time of year, as was everywhere else. Disappointed that we had to wait 1hr 20mins to check in though we arrived AFTER 2pm

    Hotel generally very good, public facilities fantastic and staff great.
    Hotel facilities are excellent, restaurants and bars were fantastic, Massive TV showing the live sport, Friendly and efficient staff, Quality of meals were outstanding. The quality of the linen and bed in the room was excellent and very comfortable.
    Carpark was full, Was surprised that there was an additional charge for that on top of the room stay, that is unusual for hotels. Had to park in a local public carpark which I would prefer not to have my car parked in that location overnight. The shower doubles as a bath and is difficult to get in and out of, the cold water tap had limited supply, suspect restriction in pipes. In summary the bathrooms are very dated and in need of upgrading. The supplied towels were stained and some were torn in places, Probably and opportunity for the cleaning staff to be more thorough.
