Everything - a special little hideout in the city. Loved it.

More of a preference thing really - but would be great if the pool was a sky blue and not the dark green shade. But like I said - preference. Also - in the long run maybe more trees between the lunch terrance and the pool area for more privacy.

It wasnt what I expected.

The property has a beautiful garden.

The pillows were hard for my liking. There was no bottled water in the room for the rest of my stay. It seems the hotel provides complimentary bottled water on arrival and nothing after that. The room serves was so bad, I had to wait an hour for a bottled water.

Beautiful place. Friendly staff members. The rooms are exactly like what's shown on the app. I also liked on the day of checkout how they were kind enough to allow for us to check out at 12pm and we were late that day because we had a spa treatment just before checkout

The day we arrived, we were escorted from our cars with a go kart. Then shown where the Zen building was. But the person who escorted us there was holding our bags but when we got to the lift, she told us we need to go to first floor and left us there on ground floor. She pressed the lift open for us and left us there. For a five star hotel that was disappointing
