Great location let down by staff during a quiet period.

Great room. Nice facilities, let down by staff during a quiet period.

WiFi out of order for duration of stay. Ignored in restaurant after given a menu, 3 staff members chatting outside. Left for dinner at restaurant close by. Breakfast service not ready at 7am. No one at reception when I wanted to check out.

This is an amazing boutique hotel. Everything from the surroundings to the finishing touches in the room, the beds, the restaurant food and wine and the staff. I cant rate this hotel highly enough. I will definitely be back!

This hotel is a gem in the city with extremely comfortable bed and beautiful quality and stunning furnishings. Breakfast is also beautifully prepared and so scrumptious. We enjoyed our overnight stay and we will definitely be back for a weekend break! We are a fussy couple and we totally loved and enjoyed our stay.

There was no kettle in the room for us to make late night and early morning tea

very friendly and helpful staff. we felt very comfortable and received excellent service and care. Food and wine selection very good, as was the breakfast. wonderful oasis in a quiet neighborhood of the big city of Johannesburg. Very well-kept surroundings, beautiful small and personal boutique hotel absolutely recommendable!
