Great location and friendly staff.

The location is great. We can walk to most attractions including Pantheon; Colosseum, museums. It is super easy to get a Uber when we travel to Vatican and the train station. It is also very clean and people are super friendly and helpful.

A Wonderful experience adding to a memorable visit to Rome

0nce we got in the building we were greeted by Giovanni and were warmly received - we were very pleased with the cleanliness and the coziness of the place. Its not a typical hotel only 6 rooms but definitely we made the right choice. the location was perfect within walking distance to Trevi Fountain - The Pantheon - The Vatican and St. Peters all kinds of restaurants. We were served a wonderful breakfast each morning by a very friendly staff - good selection and quality. If you don't want to stay in a typical hotel this is the place to stay - if we go back to Rome we will stay here again.

There are no signs to locate the Suites - you go through 2 - 20 ft wooden doors into a courtyard and find the elevator - very small indeed 2 people with a suitcase at a time lol but its no big deal once you find it - luckily they made the arrangements for our transfers and the drivers knew exactly where to go

The location was perfect for tourism and family trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

For babies with trolleys, it was a bit difficult because there were few steps to climb and the elevator was quite small.

Marvelous. Wish they could have followed us to Florence.

I so wish I could remember the gentlemans name who managed breakfast. He was so friendly and made excellent coffee for us. Christina made every effort to provide transportation and restaurant suggestions. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice, excelllent water pressure in the shower and plenty of counter space. We really loved it here.

Nice room in a great location

Excellent location. It was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see in Rome. Five minute walk to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to the Colosseum, etc. The room was well laid out and everything was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved it.

They were welcoming. Christina made every effort to accommodate us and I am so sad I forgot the gentlemans name who made wonderful coffee with milk each morning and was so friendly.

The street noise could be loud.

Perfect spot, great staff.

Perfect spot for exploring Rome, don't think you could get much more central Room was clean, staff were friendly & helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Ceiling in the shower could have done with a clean & lick of paint
