Lovely stay in a great spot, cant wait to stay there again!

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, a great room! The locations was convenient but quiet. Loved that the shower, toilet, and sink/vanity area are all separate - made getting ready without being in anyones way very easy.

Pillows were a bit soft and squishy for my liking but thats entirely personal preference. Just a heads up if you prefer less squish, the hotel did kindly provide extra pillows when I asked!

Very good

Nice hotel and restaurant with a great staff including the doorman.

Nice convenient location and the room was decorated very nicely. Good taste.

The king mattress was sagging low on one side of the bed. It made it difficult to sleep since you roll Down to the edge of the side.

Perfectly funky and creative spot to land in NOLA.

Bed was super comfortable! Decor was fabulous. Amenities were 5 star.

TV connection was a mess and the Virgin App didn't function properly so, it was a bit inconvenient.

Lovely home away from home

It was very homey. Loved the decor and the staff were exceptional. Always felt at home.

I liked everything. I didnt get to use the pool as i left early but i dipped my toe in and it was wonderfully warm.

We loved our stay & will be back

Perfect location, friendly door staff & check in. Eclectic & appealing decor. Fast elevators. Room was top notch. Amazing lighting throughout, spacious, comfortable bed & pillows. Nice touch with robes & even an umbrella in the room. Rooftop pool with bar, DJ, ample seating & amazing views.

There was a single staff member who mustve been having a bad day but easily overlooked. There was nothing about the property we didnt like.

Virgin Hotel NOLA A Must. Thank you Sir Richard Branson

-Great Staff who made it a wonderful experience. -Location, location, location close to Riverwalk Oulet, Canal/Bourbon Streets and Mercedes Superdome along with great restaurants along the way. -Clean we didn't need to use the amenities that we normally bring with us even for high end 4-5 star $300+ per night rooms

Superb

A superb stay in a great little boutique hotel, with great staff and warm hospitality

Staff were excellent. Gym was a good size and well stocked. The outdoor terrace/bar/pool/lounge deck on the 13th floor was a great space to have a sundowners drink at. As we were there for a Ball Game, the location was literally a 10 min walk from the Caesars Superdome.

As a guest I would have expected to be able to just walk in for Breakfast but you had to reserve.......so Game day all the tables were taken for breakfast and as a guest I had to eat outside of the hotel - I've never experienced that in all my years to travelling.
