It was good stay. Close to St Charles trolley, easy walk to Canal and French Quarter. Off from the hustle and bustle

Marquita and the check in agent were great. Dean needs to be trained on excellent customer service and that the white man does not reign supreme

Excellent location friendly staff

Close to bourbon street easy access to many restaurants by foot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet the car.

Had to valet car because parking isnt possible. Room small but didnt spend much time in it.

The atmosphere and the staff were amazing. The room was very clean and complementary water was nice

The outdoor space could have been a bit cleaner. And cleaning staff was very loud and could be heard in the halls at all hours

Not as advertised

Starbucks coffee at breakfast and a good location.

I paid for two rooms prior to arrival for myself and a work colleague. When we arrived after a 12 hour flight the staff told us that they had over booked and only one room was showing available. They asked us if we were willing to share a room, to which I said no. To our relief the manager was called and the second room magically appeared and the computer was blamed for the error. I also paid for breakfast but wasn't on the breakfast list in the morning. On day three they tried to charge me for breakfast again. No one was serving at the bar and I was told that they would be there in one hour. Room could have been cleaner, shower rose head didn't work and the fridge leaked water all over the floor. Overall poor, and definitely not 4 stars as advertised on booking.com
