Hotel Provincial is a beautiful and well-kept hotel with amazing staff who go the extra mile. We will not come back or recommend.

The location and the building. It is historical building. The staff is extremely nice and pleasant!

The hotel needs serious renovation. Rooms are dirty and old. Shower is barely warm. Pipes need work. You can hear every guest on the floor. There is no food available after 9 pm. Not even bottled water.

We could not stay here.

The courtyard was cute

We could not stay here. We asked for another room and they couldnt move us. Our room was filthy/dingy and full of mosquitos coming out of the a/c vent - we were bit at least 20 times the 15 mins we were in the room. The furniture was stained and horrible, the linens were stained - brown stains on the bed linens and the towels were thread bare and stained. We could hear our neighbors plain as day through the vent or the door between the rooms - felt like we were in a flop house. A non-fundable flophouse.
