very courteous staff. willing to help you with all their willingness and ability. clean and nicely decorated.

air conditioning in the room isnt that good. turned to 24C and it is still warm. same as elevator and some hallways. Wyndham took over from Vinoasis and May be they cut cost (not good for a nice hotel with this caliber.

Only 2 small bottles are available per day; 1 bottle of water cost 50k Out of power 4 times during our 3 day trip, we got stuck in the elevator Incorrect bus time on the hotels information sheet from VinWonders to the hotel
