1. Did not have cash available for taxi (wouldnt exchange for American $ and cab wouldnt take credit card). Told us to have driver take us to atm 2. Fire alarm went off at 5 am and we needed to get to airport and they refused to make coffee even though kitchen staff was there 3. Overall staff not helpful 4. Rooms were meh and smelled funny

Amazing hotel

Everything. The staff are awesome and helpful. The room is clean. Swimming pool is beautiful. All of the accomodations are amazing. Not the first time here . And everytime i come back i will nvr be disappointed

So so... very dated

Bed was very comfortable; sheets were very soft. The hotel provided an airport shuttle service (which I wasn't aware resumed) which is great. Close to airport and close to local food restaurants.

The entire hotel and room were extremely dated. The walls in the bathroom were dirty, cracked and moldy. The shower was bad to say the least - low water pressure and the hot water was barely lukewarm. Overall I felt very icky and somewhat put off staying in the room despite the pros. Please update the hotel!

Superb

As usual this is not my 1st stay here and still happy with the check in and room request.

I was told they will be able to check out at 1pm and noted that any additional will be charge accordingly. I had request for check out at 2pm but upon checking at 1pm the reception staff mention nothing further to settle. I had left the premises and 140pm I received a call from the reception staff that I needed to settle the extra extension which I clearly mentioned I checked out before 1pm and need not to pay but the staff was saying that I should settle. Informthe staff that they need to check with the staff whom check me out that I didn't need to settle and now asking me to pay.
