    Best place to stay in Chiang Mai.
    It's an absolute gem on the river. Wonderful host and staff. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are extremely polite and helpful.

    Good value and a quiet area with lots of greenery
    The front desk staff made up for all the inconveniences. They were very nice and try to help or give recommendations. The rooms were big with dressers to unpack and a safe. The staff helped with bags. Beautiful background and gardens. Pool is small but its ok. No ants in the rooms and they were very clean
    The breakfast and kitchen people always forgot to bring us something. Usually drinks. The cell phone they give you to call doesnt ever work. They cant hear anything so they need to come and talk to you in person. The beds were extremely hard. The towels were not stalked by the pool. It was unsafe to walk by the road to a convenience store as there was no sidewalks and heavy traffic. No ironing board or iron in the room. The ironing board that they had was a size of my forearm. Ridiculous. They didnt restock our waters either.

    Wonderful stay in Chiang Mai
    Beautiful property along the river with amazing garden. The garden is definitely the highlight of this place. We loved to have breakfast there in the morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful and made sure we have a comfortable stay. They waited for us to check in after the usual schedule. We also had some meals at the property along with the breakfast and everything was delicious. We appreciated being given a sandwich the night before when we could not have breakfast because we were supposed to go on a day trip. The room is spacious and the bed is super comfortable. We recommend this stay! They provide books, movies, games, insect repellant, even sunscreen. We really appreciated all these added bonuses. Also, you can have your laundry taken care of for a very good price there.

    The hotel is a bit out of the city, however they provide a daily shuttle to the city centre. Booking a Grab is also not very expensive.
