Lovely hotel, amazing facilities and breakfast

Beautiful layout around the 4 swimming pools, with the building fitting in with its natural surroundings, and lots of trees and greenery for birds and butterflies. The room was very nice with a large bathroom and a pleasant balcony. The breakfast was amazing and was really the highlight of our day: something for everyone and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Amazing hotel gym and we loved taking morning swims in the 50m pool. Nice beach club just over the road from the hotel although it wasnt quite finished when we stayed. The beach was very quiet with enough beds to accommodate the hotel guests and some shade.

We would have appreciated a more detailed check in where the facilities and layout were explained. E.g. we werent aware of the gym or discounted offers at the spa until we stumbled across them. We thought the general level of English among the staff could have been a lot better. We thought it was a shame that use of the onsen spa wasnt included in the stay. Despite the amazing breakfast, the most disappointing element of the stay was the daytime and evening food. Not good quality and overpriced (e.g. a small plate of not very tasty chips with bitter tamarind sauce cost 300 baht), and we had to send back some deep fried squid that was inedible. Sort out the food and this hotel would be absolutely wonderful.

We had a good stay but taking into account pricing and comparing to other hotels of this kind there are probably better

Fabulous Olympic pool and great gym

Poor service at the pool (e.g. used towels not readily removed, if you want to order a drink you need to walk 5 min from the Olympic pool to another pool via an inconvenient route).

Modern, new, clean hotel with a good breakfast and an olympic Pool. Close to the beach across the street.

No umbrellas at the beach. Noisy room, we could hear the neighbors and the outside noises in General, the mosque every morning at five... The door to the Toilette was very loud if you close it

Superb

The perfect hotel for a dream vacation

The hotel is absolutely incredible. We loved the breakfast, our room was super beautiful & had an amazing view over the pool and the hotel. We especially enjoyed how friendly & kind the staff was and always felt spoiled and welcomed. The spa is incredible & we would really recommend doing both the Onsen session and a massage. I had the aromatherapy one & absolutely loved it. We feel super zen & recharged. A very special place, that well definitely come back to!

The only thing that we didnt like was the boat trip that we booked through the hotel. The setup was incredible and the trip itself (especially the sunset and the picnic) were super special. However, we had to wait for almost 2 hours until the boat left & didnt receive any help or communication until we asked multiple times, whats going on. Even though we ended up having only 1 hour on the island and approx. 2 hours until sunset (instead of 4), we only got a minimal discount & ended up paying almost the full price. Therefore, Id recommend booking through another platform & not through the hotel.
